It is possible that we have seen this scam site before on this forum which would have been known and flagged as scam. This is what I think to guess about that:

Investors were offered several crypto mining packages with different speeds, such as Red Diamond, Blue Diamond, Diamond Gold, Black Diamond and Green Diamond.

We have reported many scam like this on this forum and they got deleted, but it is good for people to know that they are always scam.

If anyone sees this, I expect them to know that they are scam because the amount of ROI will be very huge and that will makes it look too good to be true. But just that people are very ignorant and see it as opportunity but got scammed.

The scammers scammed people $157300 before they were arrested.

All of of those sites claiming to be a cloud mining sites is scam. They are all ponzi schemes and there's lots of information's about these scams before. I remember HashOcean if not the biggest one of scam platform that compromise a lot of people before. There are lots of threads and articles created about this and if people will just do their research for sure they would see how unfortunate those people who fall from scam made by this cloud mining sites.

Better to stay away on Cloud mining sites and don't get caught on the idea that they can earn passive income without doing anything at home. This thinking is what they take advantage that's why they scam a lot of people before.

People tend not to have clues on research and even if they do, it just seems they are too lazy to do their research or their greed is moving them to make more profit from a system than normal. There are some investment rewards that one would hear and would be forced to get on their toes to make inquiries by doing thorough research on such investment as it looks too real to be true.

One thing I tell people is when it comes to money there is no magic about growing your wealth over night so people should work hard and make their money in a good and smart way because most of the people falling into scam is greed and get rich syndrome because there is no way you will tell me that you are promised a huge profit on investment that requires no efforts and work

People should always be careful of sites online posting about investment and profits related activities as most of them are scammers in disguise

From my own little experience and what I have seen, cloud mining is a big-time scam. I have seen a family relative lose huge amounts of money to this so-called cloud mining all in the name of upgrading so that his daily income or rewards would be big and reasonable. I believe his greed led him to do so because he did not let anyone know about it before making such move, he made the payment, and the scammers made away with his money.

Sometimes, it is good to let people or someone you trust to know about such investment moves so that if they have idea about it they would advise you properly on what to so  and also, they could help you do research on it if you are the type that do not have much time to do so. This could help to protect your money if they find anything funny or fishy about the investment. It saves more than one doing it themselves when they have no broad knowledge and perspective of the investment they want to go into. Sometimes it is good for people tp open up to letting well experienced people know about their digital investment move so that their input would also help them in some certain angles which they know nothing much about.

Ahhh, cloud mining. That term will stick to my mind forever because I'm involved in that one back when I was a newbie and lost my money when I put assets there. Good thing though is that the assets that I put there are from the rewards that I got in different faucets. Just sharing.

As for the whole scam, I'm pretty sure that these people who fell for this are either newbies, or gamblers who risked their money hoping that they can make money in the fastest way possible. The good thing though is the scammers got arrested. Many scammers will pop up, many will get arrested, and, in the end, more scammers will pop up as more newbies come in the industry.

Just always think of this quote. "If it's too good to be true, it's not true." A simple quote but newbies will still try to do it because... they're newbies and they're the most prone to scams. I hope those who got scammed will learn from this, and will not get scammed again.

Laziness is really a big problem in the society that's the reason why there's so many people got caught on what we think obvious scams. To many incident of Ponzi schemes scamming happened also with those cloud mining shits out there, but people didn't learn from it. One problem is they think that once they are early there's huge chance for them to earn that's why this cycle will never ends its because of this kind of mindset what other people have.

If they immediately eliminate the idea of investing on shady things like this ponzi schemes system for sure that this incident would be lessen. But in reality greed is I think becoming a normal traits of people that's why its expected that more people will fall on those classic scam repeatedly done by those scammers.

I may be missing a good business opportunity, but every time I read the words "cloud" and "mining" together there is some alarm inside me that triggers for some reason. Through the years I have learned that it is a good policy the one who says that, if you don't know what you're investing in, it's better not to invest.

157K is a lot of money in Southeast Asia, but no amount justifies deceiving people into investing in an activity which is clearly fake. On the other hand, it seems that there sere 200 victims, who lost on average 800$, which may be an amount that many cannot afford to lose.

Most of the major scams in my location have all come from cloud mining schemes and for some reason, I have never been a fan of cloud mining because it sign of being a bubble and a sector that has not been well developed but is being manipulated and flooded by scammers who proposes investment and others ways like Forex and so on, it's a big network of scammers.

The best thing to do is to avoid anything that is connected to decentralized investment schemes, hold bitcoin in your wallets and guide it to jealousy, anything like quick profits through innovation you do not know of avoid.

Naturally, humans are very greedy and as such always want to accumulate more, and in so doing, they are ready to invest in any opportunity that comes their way, and in some cases when it happens that they are the first set of people to have the ideas of such investment,  they would want to invest more because they feel since they are the first the opportunity for them to get it big has presented itself so they take advantage of it and get themselves trapped in the web because of their greed.

This is one of the oldest scams in the cryptocurrency space and I thought it was a temporary wave that would end with the spread of awareness about the reality of mining and how it is nothing but a scam scheme that claims to provide profits in exchange for purchasing the service. However, it seems that the phenomenon is still widespread despite the many warnings and alerts to stay away completely from all offers related to cloud mining. Investors should know what a logical return of investment is, or ROI. Even large corporations and government companies can only give a return on investment that is according to what the laws say and what they can afford to sustain, but if you prioritize greed over logic, you are a potential target of scammers.

Anywhere and when you hear of cloud mining investment please run, there are scams, cloud mining itself is not a scam but the truth is that scammers have employed cloud mining vulnerability to mislead the general public about cloud mining innovation.

From here? For sure there's no way they can convince those experience dudes to fall from these old schemes since we literally know how those ponzi schemes sytsem introduce by cloud mining sites works.

That's the reason there's less ponzi thing and other cloud mining related scams came here because they know that they cannot catch a victim here then there illegal or criminal activities will be busted by people here. So they just decide to stay away in this forum and just go to other platforms like social media sites since from there maybe they think that they have more chance to scam people there that's why we need to be more careful and always remind people around us about those scams so they can avoid any cloud mining fooling attempts that they might encounter.
