So i by mistake reversed the direction of the exhaust fans and after that the miner is not hashing it inititializes then simply doesnt start hashing and doesnt display the real time hashrate or the theoretical hashrate

If you have turned around the fan, screw it back on, and it is blowing in the right direction everything should be fine if the miners are working perfectly before.
Do you just get the miner?
Which pool do you use? Have you switched to other pools listed here https://miningpoolstats.stream/bitcoin
Have you restarted the miner and checked the connections ( are you sure all cables for data connection and power are intact)?

It should simple solution Simply return it to its original position, as described above.
It should on the right position unit will overheat because the heat was not exhausted.
Let us hope that the hash board was not damaged as a result of this.

If it still do not work then check the kernel logs and post it here make sure to paste them inside the insert code tag the button is a # above when editing the post and let us analyze the logs.

BTC is still bearish at the moment, but it is getting weak. The market might shift while the RSI is making a reversal pattern.

To get more advantage analyzing the market, why not try to subscribe to TradingView and unlock the $15 reward from your first subscription?

Wow man I have the same problem with the same model for a week. I accidentally reversed direction of the fan after finishing cleaning and it overheated and now won’t mine again, hashboards stats says “no data yet! data is currently unavailable”
And this is the miner log

you killed off a board. it is slain.  this was likely due to overheating the unit.

bitmain firmware will not let you run only two boards.

you will need to find a firmware that runs two boards.

maybe brains runs the s19k pro with two boards

maybe epic controller will do the trick not sure.

~snip~

Pretty bad, According to your logs, one of your hashboard shows dead ASIC maybe there's burnt parts under that hashboard. You will need a technician to repair it or replace it with the new hashboard.
Next time, always check the position of your fans when disassembly, like taking a photo first before disassembling the unit so that you have an idea or reference for the right position of your fans when disconnecting it from the board.

Can you look for the 3rd hashboard physically? You should be able to see the burnt parts, like the capacitor. This is usually the culprit for shorted trails. If it's just a ceramic capacitor, then just remove it, and the hashboard will work fine.

For deep repair guide you can follow how to repair hashboard from this link below.

2025-01-07 10:38:35 Chain 2 only find 6 asic, will power off hash board 2

I think everyone should spend some time learning how to read the kernel logs, it's way too simple on Antminers (slightly harder on Whatsminer, and a nightmare on Avalons), every time your miner doesn't start, the first thing to search for is the word 'find', this is standard across all Antminer gears, just hit Ctrl+F and type 'find', a perfect board would usually find full asic count on the first trial (marked as 0), a drying board might take 3 attempts, a dead board like the one you have will not wake up regardless.

Your chain 2 which is chain 3 in real life, is dead, but the good thing is, it shows 6 Asics, so go google S19k bro hashboard diagram, you will be able to see which one is chain 6, try to visually inspect the status of chip 7, it would be under the heatsink but look for solder balls or loose stuff, another option be putting in a sealed plastic bag and into the freezer for a day or two.

Next time, pay strong attention to the fan direction, and even better, stop buying these crappy miners that don't have the simplest temp protection mechanism.

I have read the log before posting but never thought it overheated and damaged the board. Miner has overheated before but always stopped hashing when exceeding 90 degrees don’t know what happened this time.
What do you mean chain 6? I think its saying only 6 processors alive out of 77 right?
I checked it visually didn’t see anything off.
What will the freezer do?

I think it is just a typo he's talking about chain 2 the 3rd hashboard that detects only 6 ASICs.
Did you check the guide above from zeusbtc you will find where to check some test points so I suggest check the routing signals under section 5 to confirm if its just a dead ASIC.

What will the freezer do?

The miner does not overheat now, it simply can't find the chips on the hashboards, this is most likely solder related issue, the solder melted and shorted something.

There is a few theories (physics theories i shall say) behind freezing or "baking" electronics to help make them run again, here is an intresting one.

The science behind it as explained to me years ago.
Things shrink when cooled. The boards shrink at one rate, the wire traces in the board shrink at another. The chips shrink at one rate the solder connections at another.

We are talking about fractions of a % of a mm. BUT, something that was just on the edge at room temperature will at times start to work.

After a heating cycle or 2 it goes back to the way it was. But it can work.

Never thought about it when it came to miners.

-Dave

This post was qouted from a topic i started, i personally had some good luck with freezing, it costs nothing, certainly cheaper than sending it to a professional, if freezing fails, you either send it for repair or buy the right tools to fix it.
