GingerWallet is designed as a zero-knowledge software! .Open-source, Non-custodial, Desktop, CoinJoin.. The wallet employs WabiSabi, an anonymous credential scheme designed to facilitate more accessible and efficient coinjoins. CoinJoining coins with a value exceeding 0.01 BTC incurs a 0.3% coordinator fee + mining fees. Inputs of 0.01 BTC or less, as well as remixes, are exempt from coordinator fees, even after a single transaction.

[1]: When reviewing applications, the campaign manager pays attention to many details, including; how informative and organic your posts are, for what and how often you get merit, do you have a customized trust list and do you use a feedback system. A sig campaign is an “ad” for the customer and a “hobby” for the participants, so the manager will definitely pay attention to whether you have shown interest in previously promoted projects. The above points are a sure way to understand whether you will be useful for promoting a particular project or service.
[2]: Your application was rejected: if you have more neg feedback than positive, if there is an active flag, if you have a neutral feedback left by actmyname, JollyGood, nutildah or if you have neutral feedback from another DT member who flagged you as a sig spammer, if you are abusing posting in mega threads. Also, how evenly distributed your posts are in relation to the number of threads in which these posts were written. I've got this error at first and it only reaches 3%-5% of syncing but I think it's due to not having a passphrase, I've made a new wallet with a passphrase and waiting for it to go 100%, as of typing this it's now 87%. Maybe that's the problem, I'm not into tech stuff.

It seems Gingerwallet.io Non custodial coinjoin wallet is not available for smartphone users just yet. I don't know if it also has region restrictions as well.
Bottom line is that, if one doesn't have a PC or some other iOS devices, they can't have access issues to download the app and to either retrieve the Ginger Bitcoin address or even capture the screenshot, they don't qualify to apply for this signature campaign.
