This is so heartbroken and scary at same time, after a beautiful holidays season.
Indeed, it's time we do take some seconds in our praying time to pray for California and the people. Our little prayers could go a long way in divinely helping the situation while the authority do their very best to see that this wildfire doesn't go beyond where it has reached already.

Definitely the world will pray for them because the fire is not something to look down on, however this was the situation of Australians some years ago and I believe their fire also started similar season but I don't no if this California fire is wider than the Australian because it almost last for month or more before it was finally overcome, actually the country needs all the work force they can get to fight this fire from spreading more, I understand the damage it will cost for them because a lot of Californian will loss things, but one thing is that it will definitely stop because the more force is going against it that's how the strength is reducing.

I watch the famous Hollywood actor James Wood crying on CNN live interview, he was talking about him escaping the fire and how his properties where lost, at that point i had chills on my feet, I felt so sorry for him. At this point they need more hand's on deck to help quench this fire, because it's not going to go on it's own, I saw the number of properties lost, the figures are unimaginable. What worries me is the fact that most of the buildings are along coastal lines, how come there has not been enough water to quench this fire almost immediately.

I actually came across this news on Piers Morgan's X(Twitter) page yesterday, but didn't pay much attention until this morning. From the short video clip I found, it seems the heavy wind is a big contributor, though I still don't buy the whole rumor that a small fire from a backyard started the whole thing. Our prayers to those that has lost a lot this period.

And, I'm not sure of why the president (Biden) had to tell the media that: "The good news is that I became a great grandpa". The people of California are still counting their losses, which doesn't make that part of his speech necessary.

It's really an overwhelming situation and just anyone would be moved to cry seeing how you just lost almost everything you've gotten in just one day all razed down by fire. I strongly believe the government are doing all it can to have the fire under control especially since it's a natural disaster it won't be as simple as we may be thinking to just put it off. God will give them all the strength to bear their losses and pick up their pieces.

Hopefully we would be seeing good meaning citizens of the community and US entirely, supporting the victims with necessary palliatives to have them rebuild their homes again. It's well!

I feel sorry for people who have lost their lives, properties, and businesses. It's really sad to see people suffer because of natural disasters. I just hope that the government will assist them in recovering the properties they have lost. And those who have lost loved ones will receive the needed support. This shows that every part of the world has different challenges. So you have to appreciate your location and seek means to overcome the problems you face in your country. I pray that people who are experiencing war, natural disasters and other problems find peace.

I don't think there is the right time to talk about politics or who is was voted. Rather it's time to think of how to curb the situation and put an end to it because lives and properties are stake here and  it's just best if you can't physically be there as one of the forces to help put out the fire then put them in prayer like the author said.

They need prayer and they need support, in times of chaos you don't amplify the pain by bringing up your your aggressions it's just best you pray for them and I pray the fire disaster comes to an end quicker than we all expect cause no one deserves to die in fire or lose property or loved ones. Amen.

Said to wake up to this bad news when I saw the headlines I was heartbroken and it saddened me to see such a thing coming up at this time of the year when people just got back from holidays, anyways my question is isn't there something that the authority can do about wildfire, because it has become a constant occurrence in California. I understand that wildfire is a natural disaster but then it saves more if there are safety measures put in place in the image shared, we can see the proximity of the fire to a main City, only the road separates them it is safer if people leave far away from this point of the fire.

This is really bad and scary. Few persons I know in Los Angeles were affected and already given evacuation notice. Glad they are doing fine and my sincere prayers goes to all families who have lost things of value to them, including lives.

This is not just the first time this is happening in califonia, it's time the government of this region invest in technologies that can help detect fire outbreaks earlier. Early detection will really be saving lots of lives and properties.

Environmental scientists should be given more priority because Califonia would need their services more.

Why wouldn't it have happened if it was Trump's administration? Is there any personality that is in control of nature, because by your statement I presume that's the position you're placing Trump.

Equally in Donald Trump's first administration as the US president there was still an outbreak of wildfire in part's of California and I think it also spread to Los Angeles. see link

I personally admire Trump as a business man and a politician, but truth is that he's not a superhuman. Only God can stop natural disaster such as this wildfire from happening.

Look at the videos in my previous posts and in other similar threads. Some of it is government. Some of it is the WEF trying to reduce the population. Some is the military trying to take over lands. A tiny bit of it is natural.

One thing I didn't talk about is, all of it is God warning people to get back to true religion and away from evil.
