It is worth knowing that to be rich is like a talent. It is even a talent or you have talent of something that will make you rich. But other things are important which are education, patience, opportunities and exposure.

Someone can work very hard and invest their time to learn a new skill, they able to improve their life, but they might not able to get rich because only 1% or less are popular in something we're good at.

To be frank here, being lucky is one major thing an individual needs in other to be successful, but to rely on luck alone will not take you there, unless your dad is a multi billionaire💰 just as you have said already.

Aside that you need to work your way to the top with knowledge or skill on any field you are into while praying to be graceful enough in having a  life changing opportunity that will make you to be wealthy and successful, because it's not by too much power, sometimes grace will just find you, and everything will be made easy.

It is not everyone who has to struggle to find out what their destiny is and what they should be doing simply because they have proper guidance that has nurtured their talents from a tender age and helping them make the proper decision as to the path to follow in life. Some also simply follow in the path the family is in; that is why you can often find that some famous celebrities in various fields are children to celebrities or BTS champions/experts in that field. Children of footballers are a good example of this. They want to be footballers because their father or mother is a footballer. In those kinds of cases, the decision of what to do to be successful has been made easy for them, and they have good guidance to ensure they become successful in it.

Except in a moment when the offspring rejects the direction his parents are investing on his or her behalf. Maybe isn't performing to expectations.The person (their ward) may not have all adequate resources to establish his own path, unless the parents are all supportive and not persimistic about their child's goal, the child may still struggle to make the top of his field. So, this time he'd need the best talent. Overall, it's always important to have a guardian in whatever route we choose to follow in life.

Luck? Skill be damned in this world of corrupt lol. You'd basically NEED to be lucky, or IMMENSELY skilled in a field before you get to the top. Heck, even if the latter happens you still sometimes need to be lucky cause that's just how power goes. It can fizzle something out most of the time.

You can do a bunch of stuff to influence or boost up luck like social skills and stuff, but again, still relies on luck. Granted this is trying to reach the top, or near it anyway. If you're perfectly satisfied with living averagely, I reckon just working hard and being talented can get you there.

I don't think if there is anything like the most important thing, skill or business in the success of anyone just that success require price, determination, effort, dedication, focus, wisdom, resource and consistency. For you to be successful in life you must first discover what will make you to be relevant in the society and the value you will add to the society that will attract favour and goodwill to you after that, you must consistently put in all your energy and resource to actualize your societal responsibility in other to be relevant in the society.
For instance, discover your talent and how you can successfully leverage your talent to achievable goals.
There is no limit to success when there is good mindset, the right information, knowledge and the capacity to do a useful work.

Successful people are those who are lifelong learners, who never stop and always seek new knowledge and develop skills, and skills are a must if you want to be a successful person and also a person who is never satisfied and always creative who will continue to improve his skills to get higher grades. Perseverance. It is one of the most important skills that anyone can learn and should possess for business success. If you cannot persevere, then your business is as good as dead. If do not know how to preserver, then you should be an employee and not an employer or a business owner. As some one who has ran a small business in the past, you will face a lot of challenges that you didn't even prepare for when you were writing your business plan or even thinking of starting a business. With perseverance, you are unstopable no matter the challenge, you will thrive and grow.

It is a very generic question, and you should expect only generic answers, but I'd say that understanding economics provides a tangible advantage. 90% of the people spend all their lives living paycheck to paycheck, saving very little, and the rest try to make money and invest money smartly, but only a tiny fraction ever pose the question 'what is that money I'm spending my entire life chasing?'. Nobody ever asks the question 'what is money?', everyone is taking for granted that money works the way it does, and all it matters is 'how to get it'.

There are many people doing the same thing you want to offer. In business and other professions, competition is stiff, therefore you need to give something different or special to be successful. I would conclude that creativity and innovativeness are important qualities if you want to become successful in any area. If you offer what others don't or you add value to your goods or services, customers will seek your services or products.

In some areas or countries, you need connections from the top political or economic class. Ordinary people become rich immediately after they manage to get attention or relationships with some elites.

People are gifted differently and I do not agree with you  that no body actually knows his or her destiny, those who do not know what their destiny is are those who are either not paying attention to their self and their abilities, or those who have not come to agreement with themselves.

In my honest opinion, best thing that can happen to a person in the journey to success is the person finding or discovering his or her talent, honing it and building a business or career around it, you discover you are doing what you love and yet, making good money off it, it's just like some one who loves to play football and very skillful at it, growing up to become a professional footballer playing for the big leagues, this is an achievement to be proud of, doing what you enjoy doing and making a very good living out of it at the same time.

I do agree that hard work and hustle are crucial parts of success, but we cannot deny other privileges, connection, and timing, which will surely get us more opportunity to be successful. Not everyone's passion has market value, and sometimes our passion won't make much money, we need to compromise and work on something we don't enjoy just to survive. Having skills is good, but skills have to be paralleled with opportunity and the facility for self promotion. I believe success is the combination of working hard, appropriate timing, network building, and luck. Hustling does matter, yet it isn't everything, simply because life is full of too many variables to attribute one's success just to a particular way of working.

Skills and luck definitely. That will bring you more success in life. Luck alone is quite unreliable. You have to build your skills and strategies in life first, and then luck should come along. Life is not gambling at all that you need to rely on luck most of the time, but life is more on a test and learning real- life application skills so that you won't mess up with your life all the time.

Success means different things to different people.  For some, its money and recognition.  For others, it has more to do with feeling satisfied and happy with your life's work and  personally, passion matters most.  When I really care about what Im doing it makes me want to put in the effort to get better at it.  Sure, there are always setbacks when you try new things.  But being able to pick yourself up, learn from mistakes and keep pushing ahead - thats important too. 

At the end of the day, we each have to figure out what success means for us.  If you love what you do and feel like you are making a difference does it really matter what anyone else thinks? Easier said than done sometimes, I know.  But that mindset has helped me through tough spots in the past.  Just some thoughts based on my own experience.
