I quite often experience the same incident and overall in sports betting with multi bets, usually I always choose no more than 5 match for one bet slip and an average of only 3 match but in certain conditions such as on weekends that have many interesting match make me carried away by the desire to be able to add few more betting options in order to achieve much bigger odds and end up losing.

I think it makes you mentally tempted to win and on the other hand the game you choose as your second choice does not give you mental peace or you may lack the confidence to win. Choosing the first choices or the best game allows you to win positively and it seems to satisfy you so after winning you should stop wait for the next sync and try to play again. If your luck is not happy in the spreadsheet random selection then you should choose the best game. I suspect that the best games on the board will not let you win every time because luck may not be in your favor. Yes, specially in NBA games wherein there are a lot of games like every night. And if so happens, you bet on the early game and you win. But somewhat you wanted to stretch your luck and so you pick other games in the lineup, but then you lose in the game.

Usually due to time difference with the NBA, after I win, I can just go and take a nap after a win. But sometimes, I will still wake up and there are a lot of games and so I do bet on them. I understand your feeling mate, it's like a trap for gamblers, and maybe it was really greed on our part. We might not be satisfied of winning some money and we still look for more just like what you say, a good $100.00 per day win is not that bad goal. However, we all know that the odds are going to be stack against us. And with that, it boils down to our emotions and self awareness, that we should control ourselves.

To counter it, just better get out, take a walk, talk to someone. Things that will make you get out of the gambling mentality. Or maybe just go to the gym and then just comeback refresh and hopefully all the games are done already and so you will be looking on the next game match and see which one is a good bet to win.

I think a 100$ per day target is a bit stretched as goal since it’s high. Even I with my huge bankroll don’t have a target like that on daily basis because it will push you to play more than stick with quality bets only.

Increasing your bet size is good approach as long as you can afford to lose that amount or else you are just making yourself exposed to more risk.

I usually bet on sporting bets and I bet on matches that I know and trust. I bet on those teams that I can research and bet on and I believe will win, and I give the most importance to three to four matches, but if I put more emphasis on more matches, my research will be in vain.
