I made a deposit of $750. I made bets, played games. My balance became $1200. I put money on withdrawal, they cancelled the withdrawal and told me to go through verification. I uploaded my document, they did not accept it. Now I can't log into my account. Error 4001.

I am not saying that you are lying but having evidence would help people further understand your issue and it would also show that you can back up your claim.

I’d be interested to know more about this. But why block an account if verification fails? They could at least give the user another chance to re-upload their documents. I mean, no gambler would knowingly submit documents that don’t meet the KYC requirements, right?

As for the OP, it seems like no proof has been yet, so it’s hard to tell if this is true or just an accusation without evidence.

In my opinion though, flagging accounts for arbitrage betting is total nonsense and also hard to prove. Well, whatever it is, they should at least say exactly what he has done wrong instead of leaving him and everybody else guessing. No matter what it was, having a 2nd account doesn't seem to be the problem here.

This is what I'll try to find out when I managed to reach my contact [this is weekend, and all of my contacts, even the spare ones, are on slow mode], about his total deposit/withdrawal from all of his account combined. In most [if not every cases] casinos are not interested in holding funds that is not theirs. They'll only confiscate funds if the player is in overall profit, to cover the losses the casino experienced from the abusive behavior.

I'll find out more when I managed to get my BC contact.

Is there anything at all you are not elaborating on which might point to a specific reason your account access has been restricted? BC Game have already been in contact with you but for argument sake are you in a position to upload any screenshots of your account area when you able to log in as well as your emails and live chats with their support team?

After we take a full stat reports, we will be initiating a refund against your deposit. Please email us at support@bc.game from your registered email with the refund address. We will initiate the refund process.

I not surprised the OP failed to mention certain aspects of his case and omitted other parts. As you have made it clear you will not reinstate his account, the OP needs to make up his mind as to whether he will explore other avenues (such as an arbiter) or whether he will accept your decision and move on.

Either way, you have clarified the reason for his predicament therefore the next step is for him to take. Having said that, maybe he will reply contesting the case against him. It will be interesting to follow what he does next.

when you say "entire balance" do you mean the $1200 which includes your deposit and winnings? so despite finding that your account is connected to other accounts they still paid you the entire balance, I wonder why.

Well, it seems the OP is alluding to him receiving $1200 as the entire balance but he should have taken the opportunity to state if it was $750 (deposit) or the $1200 (total balance) along with a reason BC Game made the payout.

In an earlier post BC Game made it clear they were not going to reopen his account because he was connected to sportsbook abuse and multi-accounts. They stated they were initiating a refund of his deposit therefore I doubt he would have received the balance.

Now that he has closed the case I doubt we will see him again.
