Many people in society never make it in jail they are too soft and unprepared.
And it's easy for brutal and stronger and prepared ones to do what they want even the international kind of laws and investigations really not hard on for example with terrorists.
And for example: people make one mistake it's never country who do bad things against another....so don't never say russia is bad or israel or any other attackers always keep focus on actual people who do bad never look the countries that's biggest mistake and wrong way to look at.
Also If laws are soft people should take justice on their own hands too eye for eye but people can't even fight most people are just weak and soft so off course unjustice can keep going

It's not only about wars also the California people let them fool by their own state of California leaders.
People should learn and know If anyone listen and respect you they do it with kind ways once If they don't you always need to make them If others see you are not defending yourself and YOU NOT DANGEROUS OR SERIOUS then yes you will be stepped on always.

Now Its easier then ever for unjustice becouse society is so weak and unprepared for anything.
Most people don't Even know how to punch someone so we got soft society and that's perfect victims untfortunately times like this your school degree don't help you and world will just laugh at you.

There is a little problem with all that, as humankind advances and new technologies are used within our society life within the west the actual tendency is for people to be soft and become softer through time, as we get caged within our own comfort zones of social media, videos and entertainment. The ideal case is not longer one will face big difficulties and being able to face them, the plan all along has been to avoid those difficulties and obstacles completely if one can.
Also, keep in mind the people of a country gets the kind of government they deserve, so we could argue those politicians in power are a consequence (and direct one) of the collective mindset the population has.

Countries are guided by their constitutions, if you break the law you'll be put in a correctional facility to serve time according to your crime. You can only fight injustice within a community or country where it is safe to do so, if you have dictators and tyrants in power that harms and eliminates oppositions it'll be suicide to fight them. If there's no strong forces within and outside the territory that can back oppositions, physical strength can't achieve anything because one bullet can shatter the person. With modern technology we don't necessarily need physical energy to fight, it's wild animals that still need physical strength to dominate. Think and work smarter than your adversaries and you can achieve success.

Jail is supposed to be a correctional facility, to help people change from their initial way of life and not to make them aggressive against their fellow inmates, so the concept of being brutal and strong whenever your serving a jail term is not what a jail term is supposed to do. However the laws are not soft rather there is always punishment for every gravity of offense you make, whether it is manslaughter, rape, civil disobedience, assault etc, the punishment are all there for every of the offense you make, so asking for jungle justice by saying an eye for an eye if the laws are soft is out of it, don't forget that in most countries of the world, there are adequate laws that serves each purpose for any of the law offended or  defaulted and that has been the standard practice.

As someone living in an authoritarian country, I can relate to some of the things you are saying, sure one cannot anything as long as the bad guys have the guns and the military on their side, so we rely on people outside of the country to help us out to get free. Though, when economical sanctions and pressure from the international community do not work, what else is left if not the use of the force to remove a tyrant off power?
That is basically why coups happen, someone from within gets fed up with all injustices going on around them and decide to change their country by force, capturing their tyrant or forcing them to leave the country in a plane. 

It is easier to understand how it is to live in an authoritarian country when you have grown up in one. If you ever have any question on how it is to live here, I am always open to share my personal experiences.

In the first place, it's the prison a nice place where anyone should have to prepare for as though the person is going for a vacation to soke beautiful Iceland. The living conditions in some jail centres is enough for some persons not to make it out alive. It would be great and self rewarding if we get prepared for better and greater purpose than a jail conditions.

On an individual level of analysis you are not wrong in your assertion as leaders tend to act in their own interests and ego sometimes , which could be confused to state interest. But this in today's world could be hard to accept and separate because in actually sense the individual in authority represents the state and any actions carried out will be in the name of the state, just as it's simple to stomach it when we say "Russia strikes Ukraine, than when it's said to be "Putin strikes Ukraine ". The former encapsulate both the actor on authority and the country than the latter.

when i saw the title of this thread, i first thought that your angle of thought is about people standing up for themselves and not acting like sissy when it comes to getting things done or fixing up their lives but obviously, this sort of mindset you carry is one that is certainly wrong and if people think the way you think, we are going to have a society that is filled with anarchy and chaos and a lot of people will find themselves in prison and even the prison will be filled with a lot of dead bodies because no body will want another to trample on his right.

the wars we are currently having mostly came about because people believe that the way to go is retaliation and that the concept of an eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth is the best way of resolving dispute. where has that gotten us thus far? can we say that those nations that are seriously at war and that don't want to settle for peace are doing better than the nations that have swept some hurts under the carpet just for the sake of peace? being tough is not bad but still, be flexible and allowing some things to pass with retaliation might still be the best solution to certain problem.

Thanks for being open to share your experience with me if I asked but I can already imagine what it is like to feel helpless in the face injustices. I've had my own fair share of experience about living under dictatorship, when I was younger we were ruled by military dictators. Even so called democracy in most African countries are shameful, it's either the same person keeps winning electaions and continues to be in power for decades or elections are rigged in broad daylight and there's nothing anybody can do about it. Those in power wants to either remain there by all means or their like minds are taking over while the ordinary citizens watch helplessly.

You are a little bit right, they say you will never no the true color of a man until you have given him money and power, some people when they don't have money and power they are always humble and full of respect but as soon as they have money and power they are no more humble and don't respect people anymore, some politicians in our society act this way, when they are still looking for power they act all nice and make promises but as soon as they are voted into power they become something else, they break there promises and then turn evil, however the reason why I said you are a little bit right is that you should have said some set of people and not generalizing it, there are some set of people who are good people and even when they get power they still continue being good people and when they see opportunity of doing evil with there power they don't, there are some politicians in our society that are good they always keep to there promises and power never intoxicate them, they no the right thing to do at the right time.
People that change from good to evil are people who are already evil right from time, they are only calm and good because they haven't become powerful enough to turn evil just like you said, but those who have good in there nature will never change because of power.

I think you can't go far by fighting alone.  For that, people in the neighborhood should be fought together and those who behave like terrorists in the country, should be handed over to the law and order forces for prosecution.  I think that the country and its people will be able to live in peace.

I'll tell you why we don't fight the way you would like us to fight. People just want to live a long, happy life and don't want to take too much risk.
Let's imagine you'd live in a country and that country gets attacked. You're not a citizen and can leave at any time. Would you stay and fight or just move somewhere else?
I have a family to take care of. I wouldn't fight and instead try to save them. I'm selfish like that. I know that the state wouldn't help me if I needed something so I'm also not willing to put my and my family's life at risk for them and their wars.

Are we, the newer generation soft? That depends, since there's a lot of people who work various high risk jobs. We're just more lazy, more pleasure-oriented.

I was rather being ironic there with my post. I just wanted to point out how there are so far many people who would rather to lean towards anarchy and do not give a try to an organized system of government.
Actually, if you take a lot of what corporations are doing is exactly that, trying to replace government with their own rules and shape rules of society through their influence. Anarcho-capitalism could be quite appealing to some, but not for me, it needs to be a minimum of rule of law and arbitrage by some GM figure of authority.

First the majority of people in the prisons are the innocent ones who does not have the money to fight their rights before the laws and the judiciary which has been a jurisdiction ought to stand for equity and justice had been inherited by the riches so when the loose encounters the justification, they are always at more advantages to be giving justice to even when they are guilty.
