Is it available in the US? What's the URL for US players? Can't find it on Google.
It's probably because Google is blocking you from accessing the results containing a direct URL to that site since you are not from the US, but if you use a US IP address you should be able to see it or type in the URL or use DuckDuckGo. Google is messed up and yes it's specifically for US players.

OP umm, do you happen to have ID other than your govt. ID? Driving license itself perhaps? Or passport [though it's understandable if you don't have it]?

I have to table my discussion with my contact yesterday and planned to catch things up later today, but as this is weekend, they are all mostly AWOL. The conclusion with my contact yesterday was that they'll need to reach US compliance team to see why it kept being rejected as they thought it's already went through. They'll have to wait for the US team investigation to get into it, thus we tabled it, and I can't help but think if it'll be significantly much easier if you happen to have other ID that you can use to verify?

I don’t have any other types of ID in the US we are only allowed either a drivers license or a state issued ID they won’t supply us with both and I’ve never had a passport because I’ve never or plan on ever leaving the states. I tried to do it with my moms license and it kicked it also.

Ok, I will extremely advise you to stop trying that any more. Beyond extremely, in fact. Just don't. Stop. Freeze. Halt. Time out. Petrificus totalus.

It might be a good idea to advise you to take a break and take some distance from BC and all of your attempt for the next couple of days while I try to figure it out with my contact. Don't do anything further, or anything at all, especially something like borrowing your mom's or someone else's ID. It'll directly put you into a situation of fake-KYC situation that will instantly put you in a very bad position.

With our current situation, though I [and my contact at BC] will keep giving our best to get to a better understanding why your ID kept being rejected by BC US, suppose there is nothing wrong with your account and/or ill-intentioned activities, the worst case scenario will be they can't find a way to sort it out [and as a side note, I believe we can, I believe we have manual KYC as BC's last resort in our arsenal] and have to offer you a total refund and you both part ways.

With the recent stunt you pulled, though, you exposed yourself to a risk where you'll entitle them to void all of the best option by classifying it as an attempt to do KYC with fake ID.

I'll try to remedy the situation with my contact, suppose that Mom's-ID stunt become a major issue, by having them explaining to the BC US compliance department that there were no harm intended on the action, that you simply tried it out of desperate attempt, and hopefully we can get that part crossed from the log, but please do no further similar stunt like that.

I promise you that I'll hunt my contact by Monday [I want to respect their weekend time, suppose they allocate it to their family] and get to it.

For the time being though, please keep BC.game.US away from all of your devices.

Well you see if my moms ID would have worked she would have passed the live face detection then used her info to fill out and register the account so how’s that any issue?? You make it seem as if I done anything against the rules which I haven’t. I’ve never filled out anything linking the account to me personally at all. I can’t get to it because I can’t pass kyc. So as of right now it’s basically an open account. I’m beginning to think all this help I’m receiving is getting me absolutely no where it’s been 12 days now and you’re basically telling me to just drop it and walk away lol. I’m fixing to find a lawer to talk to and see what can be done I’ve got everything from everyone I’ve ever spoke to documented I’ve done nothing wrong I’ve broke no rules and clearly it’s not about the money. I’ll spend however much it takes to make sure this doesn’t continue to happen to innocent people. The sites clearly scamming people at this point. I mean they can’t even reply to a simple email and offer my a manual kyc. And you’re telling me basically stop bugging them or I can just chalk everything up to receiving my money lol. Okay then. 👍

Bro, there is no point in arguing. There is a reason why he has asked you not to try different IDs to verify your account. Only one person is allowed to use one account. Once you submit your KYC information, even though it was rejected, it is possible they check who is submitting the KYC and who you are. But once someone else is trying to verify that account with different IDs, then they will think the account is sold to someone else which is forbidden, also, they might think the account was hacked and you will have more trouble recovering your account and verifying it. You should wait for holydarkness as he already helped several users before. So, it will be a good idea to follow his instructions instead of making arguments. Or, leave him and try whatever you want, and do not complain later. Good luck.

it's not that he is telling you to stop bugging them, it's just that he is warning you not to use other people's IDs(even if it is your mother's ID) to do the KYC verification because it could and will backfire on you and could lose any chance of getting you money from the casino because you use other people's ID to do the KYC verification. we all know that it is taking a while but I suggest having a bit more patience.

Yea well I’m not using anyone’s ID nor have I even tried anymore. The whole situation is just frustrating. They kept telling me to try another ID is the only reason I even did. But I’ve stopped completely even messing with the account and will just wait for a response and see how long it takes without me continuing to seek a resolution.



Ok so I’m pretty sure the issue is the US site is a newer add on domain of the original site and it’s not fully had all the “bugs” worked out because today I noticed each time I level up vip that I receive free spins but when I use the free spins the rewards are different types of currency. But when I go to look for the rewards there no where to be found unless I look in my transaction history. There no where on my available balance or anywhere besides my transaction history. So I write support and they tell me that the only available currency on the US domain is SC,GS and BCD. So I ask where have the bonus funds won from the free spins went? And they proceed to tell me those funds don’t matter they won’t be credited and there just gone. Also you can tip other players that are on the original domain and it’s the same outcome. The tips are sent in sc currency which the original domain doesn’t have access to so therefore it’ll show up in there transactions but never credited to there account. So I’m thinking maybe because now is the first time US has been able to play on bcgames threw the US site maybe the KYC system is also still setup to reject US documents even though that’s what it’s asking for. I’ve noticed numerous players on the US site that definitely are not from the US that was able to pass kyc with non US documents. I’ve also seen where players have been allowed to bypass the kyc verification process in order to make a withdrawal and was wondering if maybe id be able to do the same until they get all these imperfections worked out on the US site. I can present my legal documents in order to be able to bypass kyc but the way the system is setup I’ll never pass with my documents until the system is updated to accept US documents. I don’t see why there’s even a KYC being asked for because on the original BcGame domain they never ask for KYC unless the withdrawal is over $5k. This is just my opinion and thoughts on the whole situation but it all seems to make sense right?

Ok, so, crisis averted, well, kind of.

I have a very long sit down with my contact, talking about several cases as well as... your interesting attempt, I am quite drained right now [not just because of your situation, but because of several things too, I am not blaming you here, so there is no need to be offensive] so I believe the explanation by two generous gentlemen above is enough to give you an understanding why I ask you to stop trying with other people's ID and I don't need to give a more in-depth explanation?

Anyway, from BC's side, I've explained to their compliance team about that whole mom ID situation and they understood. They'll not take that as an attempt to falsify KYC or account transfer. Hopefully, praying there is no communcation-lag between BC global and BC US, it will no longer be an issue.

And an even brighter side, I think we got to the bottom of why your ID kept being rejected. At least if I understand correctly from what's explained by BC US compliance department to BC global compliance to me.

Given I am not a BC US user, I believe you can easily understand that there is no way I can get an access to BC US version of KYC page? So, do you mind to supplement it to us? Specifically the part where you choose the kind of ID to be uploaded? The empty page, of course, not the one with your ID already uploaded.

I don’t know how to upload any photos here. I’m using a iPhone and the little box that looks like it would be used to upload images just puts [img] in text whenever I hit it? But basically it’s just like the original domains kyc page. It asks first if your using documents from the United States or it says other countries then next after you fill in the bubble for the United States it asks what kind of document you’ll be using and the only option is ID or passport and everytime I use my ID it kicks it because it thinks it’s a driver’s license. Another thing I have also found on multiple official BCGames sites where it states that the accepted documents are official driver license, ID, or passports. So I’m not completely understanding why driver’s license is completely prohibited on the US site. I don’t have a license anyway just the ID but it’s just odd. I’ve read on a few other players threads where they had similar experiences and were allowed to bypass the kyc in order to make the withdrawal. If that was an option I’d be happy to manually show my documents or even just be able to withdraw my money and completely walk away from the site I’m fine with never using it again. But all I have as far as being able to verify my identity is my state ID my birth certificate and my social security card. Also my ip address has always been the same to show my account hasn’t ever been hacked or anything and I can verify my last deposit. I’ve never even been given the option to do any of these things I’ve sent all of it threw email to the support email 15 or so days ago actually I’ve sent it a couple times with no response whatsoever.

I’ve read on a few other players threads where they had similar experiences and were allowed to bypass the kyc in order to make the withdrawal. If that was an option I’d be happy to manually show my documents or even just be able to withdraw my money and completely walk away from the site I’m fine with never using it again. But all I have as far as being able to verify my identity is my state ID my birth certificate and my social security card. Also my ip address has always been the same to show my account hasn’t ever been hacked or anything and I can verify my last deposit. I’ve never even been given the option to do any of these things I’ve sent all of it threw email to the support email 15 or so days ago actually I’ve sent it a couple times with no response whatsoever.

You can use talkimg to upload image. You have newbie restriction where your image won't show by default, but don't lose any breath on it, someone on a higher rank will make it visible for everyone else.

Now, about your situation. It's quite descriptive and help me enough as it matched with what BC team tried to inform me. To be sure, during the phase that I marked in red, the only option were simply "ID or passport"? No other third option? Can you please send an image of the option [through talkimg]?

What my contact informed me yesterday, from what BC US told them, your ID actually passed alright. It just somehow [according to their log] you choose a "driving license" as the kind of document you submitted, and then you submitted a govt. ID. But I can see from your screenshot that they actually only provide two option, "ID card" and "passport". So that error should not be possible in the first place.

Please hold and once again, please don't do anything, I'll try to get my contact's insight about this.

Hello Gsrxboii,

While we've bring this to our US counterpart for another further investigation, do you mind to try performing KYC from different device other than mobile phone? A desktop PC, if you have a way to get an access to it, and kindly inform us if an option to select government issued ID as the document type that is being submitted is present on the desktop version.

Ok so problems been resolved against all odds my brother used his Georgia state ID and was able to pass kyc. without an issue. I guess it just doesn’t accept TN IDs was able to get my money and now that account can eat shit. Never got the first bit of help from anyone just a whole bunch of “Attempts” that literally never lead up to anything at all besides continuing to put me off just doing it in a way to make me think there was someone actually doing something to fix the situation. It was nothing but a revolving door all you have to do is look at the responses here and you’ll see for yourself the help I received. I honestly believe I’d of kept being put off and made to think there was something being done to fix my issue until they could close my account and deny me access and use me trying to get my documents to pass as a excuse to justify there decision. And this guy here that supposedly helps everyone didn’t do a thing except express how tired and wore out not only him but his clapped out connection is. I mean just read the replies for yourself. I done what I had to do to get my money and it was the absolute only way I was ever gonna get it. I literally begged for 17 days for them to allow me to verify my documents and never even got a response. So for everyone who’s having issues that there’s no loophole to sneak and manipulate the system in order to resolve your issue I feel sorry for you because all these folks are gonna do is lead you on and make you think there doing something when in all reality there doing nothing at all but sitting back laughing at you. I mean for example look at Stake and Stake.US there basically the same platform have the same if not more players and anytime you need help from support they reply within just a few minutes and they find a solution to your issue. Two thumbs up to stake for always staying true to your players. BCGAMES IS RAN BY A BUNCH OF ILLITERATE HALF BRAINED MORONS. Most of them have no clue any of the platform there supporting  they don’t even know there’s a US site lmao. And the other half just don’t give a shit and will send you waiting for 24/48hrs at a time just for the next one you talk to have no clue what “update” it is your waiting on. Stay clear of this site if you wanna be able to collect your winnings. Glad that it got resolved. To make things clear, first of all, "this guy that supposedly helps everyone" actually tried a lot and keep reaching his contact on BC to get your case resolved with the best path. Though apparently I have to apologize that I rant here and there about my personal and IRL situation, about how busy and crazy these past few days were that it made me weary.

Those said, moving to make things ultra clear to you though it's been explained in the past by other members [yes, I use VPN to access BC US just to give you these snippets], by having your mother --and now your brother-- ID, you subjected them to a breach of:



While for you, aside from considered breaching above terms, you're also subjected to breaching basically all that's written under point 6:


I hope that clarify why we highly discourage you from using your family's ID and why I spent some time talking with my contact to be assured that the previous incident with trying to verify with your mother's ID will be crossed from their log, though [your reason] if it passed, they'll undergo the entire KYC and the account is basically theirs.

With those clarified, disregarding the method that actually made me have to politely reject to oversee any future complication your account have, I am glad you can regain access to your fund. My advise for you will be to never to return to BC US. Your mother and brother too, as they're complicit on facilitating this fake KYC situation.
