Let me add a few observations to my first review since I noticed some other things that seem unclear to me in the meantime.

I initially registered via a web browser on a desktop computer. Later, I accidentally clicked on one of the promotions, but this time via a mobile device, which took me to the Telegram application. So now I have two accounts. I tried to connect them, but I didn't see such an option anywhere, neither on the web casino nor through the TG app.
Can someone explain how to connect these two accounts or is it impossible?

On the "buy crypto" page, i.e. the part where the deposit is paid with fiat, hint cloud appears unnecessarily with some previous cache entries. It's just unnecessarily annoying, because I can't remove it, and it shows itself over the options offered, making the choice more difficult.


This thing with rewards does not work, because there are no changes and we start from the beginning after every reload. Or maybe I didn't see some additional steps, but in that case, they should be mentioned more clearly.


Now I've run into a problem with withdrawing. The drop-down menu, where I should select the cryptocurrency I want to withdraw, does not open. I assumed the system would recognize the address, but that didn't happen either. At the same time, I have the error "We are not supporting memo!"

FIRST IMPRESSIONS AFTER UPDATES

Can't even remember how it was before, but after whale.io moved away from the telegram app experience to the independent mobile app experience, it's impressive to have more than one way to get into the platform and this is a thumbs up. Before we might have had only the telegram and email logins but now it's over 5ways to get into the whale 🐳 platform which is commendable , well done Whale 🐳.




PROFILE DASHBOARD
I think everyone will agree that when it comes to viewing a profile page, what you expect to see is personal stuff like the email address, names, gaming history etc and if possible a tab for KYC, but unfortunately all I see here is some gaming history, past withdraw /deposit history etcetera. A more organized cabinet will be appreciated. Attached are some of the profile pages out there of different gambling platforms .



**NB: these are all based on the same gambling software so a few tweaks here and there should help **


For KYC stuff I had to look around the platform only to find it under settings and believe it's in the wrong place. This should have been somewhere under profile by default. And talking of KYC, I realized that the whale platform has some kind of discrepancy in showing what has and hasn't been done, when you try to see you KYC standing it shows that email not filled when I know I have provided it and passed KYC too, I think wording here needs to be changed or show asterisk to hide the email address to fix the confusion .



CASINO DEMO GAMES
Demo games are underrated, but I think these do allow players to try out available products and once they have confidence to play then they can easily jump to some real game play but unfortunately on Whale.io we don't get to play demo, only real money play😅. It would be nice to get demo play on the casino.



What the Competition has


NAVIGATION
Platform navigation needs looking into as there are times when I access some casino games and find myself unable to jump to the sportsbook even after scrolling all the way to the bottom and only fix out of this is to close app entirely then comeback to it. Perhaps navigation from casino to Sportsbook and vice versa can be fixed.

WHALE TOKEN
Whale token is heavily been marketed, but to be honest am still not sure why I should own it and keep playing the whale wheel to get some free tokens... Perhaps more emphasis on why we should earn and own it should be put forward to help the utility token grow organically.

And if possible, a coin Swap feature  can be introduced just don't include the whale token as it can be exposed to dumping after millions of tokens are already mined from the wheel and different tasks available.


Suggestion

Some kind of Influencer program needs to be brought forward to help in brand awareness especially that this industry is highly competitive. I saw something on whalesocial to do with the BMW which was nicely 🐳branded **though in one of the clips it flipped** but hey it counts for brand awareness . A more aggressive approach will be a big score.
