Hello everyone
I found a backup of my multibit wallet on my old computer, but unfortunately forgot the password. I started trying to use tools to retrieve the password but to no avail. Smiley
After trying, I still can't retrieve the wallet password,,now I plan to sell it,If anyone is interested, you can PM me or leave a message below. There are two wallet files, one with the suffix .wallet and the other with .key. The two files should be encrypted with the same password. In order to verify the authenticity, I will provide screenshots and address.
You can check the address of this wallet:1DMcYb9VrF5Bj4P2Y7qAgmUjX6PY6ACvPA

Bad attempt to scam someone - you took the address from the top dormant address list. Do you expect anyone to believe you have 261+ BTC for which you don't have a password? The only way to prove authenticity is to sign a message from that address, but you can't do that because you don't have a private key. Everything else can be faked.

The wallet is real. I don’t know what you are saying. I am not forcing you to buy it. If you don’t believe it, you don’t have to buy it. Or do you think these coins will be worth a lot of money in 2013?There is no need to label it a liar. The reason for selling it is just to give more people a try.   Huh

Yeah this smells scam all over it.

First you are new.
Secondly, if the account was real there are pro hackers who are able to crack the password with some extra information so it would make no sense for you to sell it here for a small amount when there is millions locked in it lol.
