looking around the internet it seems that you aren't the only one having issues with withdrawals and the lack of response from their support, I even found an article talking about the issues you are experiencing. anyway, the article said that the website is unreliable and seems to always have an issues when someone is withdrawing and their support is bad.

just to be clear, I am not trying to advertise or recommend the service blockchaintrix.com is offering on its website.

Every article on that site is the exact same. They even say that BitMEX and Aave are scams. I wouldn’t trust that website at all because it appears to be a scammy recovery service. With that said, there is no reason to believe that symlix.com is legitimate either. There is barely any information about them anywhere and that is always a red flag because any trustworthy service would have spent some money to advertise and build a reputation. Anytime there is a scam accusation against a website that nobody has heard of, the OP usually found it through some kind of phishing or an obvious social engineering attempt.

Yet another obscure platform that screams cookie cutter. Did some stranger slide to your DMs? 👀

It's not even listed in CMC or coingecko—I'm not saying every exchange listed there is trustworthy as there are plenty of scams as well. However, if an exchange did not bother to be listed in either of the top directories, might as well don't bother with them. Because it sheds light on how serious they are especially, platforms that claim they've been in business for a good amount of years already like symplix.

It seems that even their Facebook link is broken, and their account on platform X, which has 298 followers, was last updated in 2021. Also, the most recent negative feedback on Trustpilot [Here] was on December 24, 2024, from a total of 14 reviews with a rating of 3.0 out of 5.0 stars. This exchange appears abandoned and without traffic. How did you come across them?

Have you tried contacting them through their official Telegram group or Discord channel? I see they are active there despite their lack of customers and attention.

You should have conducted proper research before trusting this obscure and unpopular exchange. It would have been wise to check their reviews and feedback from previous customers on review sites, blogs, and their social media channels.

In any case, if they cannot assist you after reaching out to them on Telegram and Discord, you have the right to collect evidence and consult a lawyer or report them to the cryptocurrency regulatory authority in your country.

damn, you are right, I checked more articles written on their website and they are all the same. now I feel like a moron using their article as an example. and yeah, despite my failed attempt at using an article to highlight that they are untrustworthy the website is still suspicious, I mean a website that has been running for years(at least according to them) and still has barely any information about them is fishy.

To me, it looks like a fully automated script that simulates a trading platform. It gives me notifications that transactions are being made in my environment every 10 seconds, which I'm sure is not true. The site was last updated in 2023 and I am of the opinion that the owner has not accessed the hosting since then, so as not to leave any traces if there is an investigation.
At the same time, they are still involved in the promotion, because according to Similarweb (although it is not the most accurate), this site has over 100k monthly visits.
I certainly wouldn't trust them.

...SYMLIX SCAMMERS!

Yes, you've checked it out with your own experience. Now you know that free cheese is offered only in a mousetrap, and like a mouse you ran for free money, which Symlix obviously offered you. Next time you will be more careful, you will first read reviews about the service before investing your money there.
