Hehe if this wish is granted by Eddie then I am sure that almost 💯 of the other gamblers who have lost some money on stake will call out Eddie for refunds, this sounds so sarcastic and against the fundamental ethics of gambling, know that Eddie is running a business and not so e charity organizations.

It’s hard to imagine gamblers in such a start as I can say, your kit the only person that would being through this. In times like this, the world could be such a harsh and cruel place to live but, this is what addiction can do to you. Having to gamble with funds you’re not ready to lose.

Unfortunately, the gambling industry doesn’t work on petty. Imagine if it was the other way round, if you actually gambled and won. Would you have retuned the winnings because it was too much or because someone else must have lost in other that you be paid or perhaps, Eddie got to pay from his own pocket.

I wouldn’t criticize you for trying but, you’ve got better luck trying something else.

This is not possible. It is on the terms of service that you should not gamble with the money that you can not afford to lose. I remember when I was reading Stake term of service, I saw something like that there. Gambling with the money that you can not afford to lose is like you even violated Stake ToS. Although, not a good time to post something like this. Sorry for your loss.

I know you will be asking for this type of refund out of the desperate situation that you are in, but let me me be realistic and let me also ask you this question: If by any chance you were able to win a big amount from Stake over your all-time in playing, and somehow Stake runs into financial difficulties and asks you to return just 1 to 10% of what you have won from them, will you even consider giving that a positive thought?

This is not even an option as there is no pity in business, especially in gambling. This is the last thing you are supposed to think of the time, which you could have thought of the aftereffect of the loans that you are accumulating, which have passed. Now you just have to face reality, get a job, get help from friends and family, and clear those loans if you can because your chance of getting help is slim.

So sorry to hear that, but I don't think Stake will hear it out. Gamblers are supposed to be gambling on what they can afford to lose, and that's never exempt anyone no matter how huge the losses are. Otherwise, if Eddie will agree to this, he will be the one breaking his own  rule, and that could create bias for everyone here who have read your story. It's best to accept your losses and just leave gambling for good.

what you can do is "bankrupt". Discuss this debt with your lawyer or trying to see online some "solutions" available in your country.
Thats all. Why in hell this should be the problem of stake.com? People get bankrupt for any reason .
So if you "win" it's fine if you loss you want money back?
No I don't think this is their fault. Unless you can prove some "deceive tactics" or illicits I can't see any reason for making this request.

The debt is with your bank though right? Not Stake. I feel like it was a bad decision for your bank to give you money, not bad on Stake for providing you with the wanted service. You should beg your bank to give you a reduction of your debt or maybe just file bankruptcy. You can’t ask for your money back after you spent it.

I fell sorry for you mate, you have really reached rock bottom when you are in the position to have to beg the casino to give some of the money back, hopefully thing will get better for you in the future.
Sadly, that is not how things work, by the way, casinos do not cry or whine around when a lucky player hit a jackpot and it is their turn to pay millions of dollars to a single person, that is the attitude a good gambler should have, though it has become clear your are not a good gambler, you are probably addicted to gambling and you have not realized for years until your reached this rock bottom.
If your bank is giving you a 5 days ultimatum then it would make more sense if you filed for bankruptcy or went to the bank to try to re-negotiate your debt.
What country are your from? Perhaps, we could research what legal options are within your reach, so you can start a new life in rehabilitation and also slowing paying all that money back.

Sorry to hear that. But I doubt that Eddie will do that for you, at the end of the day, it's all about business and so he won't refund any.

I guess you have to deal with your problems alone mate, you can start from somewhere else, but don't think that this is the end. Maybe you can reach you to someone close to you and borrow some money to pay your debts.

Do banks no longer ask for reasons why people wants to borrow money before they lend them out? I’m sure if you had told them that you wanted to fund your account with money they won’t have granted your loan request and now you’re writing them letters, it’s obvious that they’ll tag you as irresponsible.

I know that you won’t get what you’re seeking for with this thread because there’s no way stake is going to refund anything to you just because you wrote that you borrowed the mine you used to gamble; it would be best to just start looking for a means or a job that will help you generate the money.

Anyway, it is purely your mistake, it is not a mistake made by Stake platform. Whatever your reason, you can't blame Stake. You gamble with your own intention, Stake never forced you to gamble there.

It is impossible to get back your money. Moreover you expect 40%-50% of your money. Even you expect 10%, I think Stake team will never consider it since they have no responsibility of your problem. I guess you never read carefully the rules on the site before you started gambling there. I think it is a big lesson for you, you have no proper mentality to be a responsibility gambler.
