Practically buying btc is now too late base on the present price which already reach 100k$ it is very expensive now a days ,i think the best time to buy btc is during the year which its price is very low and that was year 2010 if i am not mistaken for now it os very risky investment because it os very high at price and we need a big amount of money to invest few coins.

I also agree to say that it is never too late to start getting to know bitcoin now rather than never. Governments are also starting to accept bitcoin and some of them are starting to consider becoming a state reserve asset as has been heavily discussed recently, so it is certainly never too late to learn about bitcoin and invest in it.
