to the youths out there my opinion to you is that you get an online skill aquire it and use it positively.

If you focus on just how many unemployed people are in a nation, you would be looking at the wrong number. I mean sure that tells a story, but if a nation has very low unemployment rate, but have a bunch of people working for low salary that they can't even afford living, is that even a good thing?

What you should look for is a nation with people who are working but also working for a decent money. I am not saying that it should eb all rich people, of course not, how could that happen, I am saying if the number of employed people consists of many people who are poor, like their paychecks are not even enough, then yeah that's an issue. So unemployment isn't really that much of a simple solution if you ask me, we should be considering this as a different situation.

I will not go into details but the reason why the unemployment is increasing every year is because of the capitalist system who are trying to make much profits from their business and with that they have to reduce the work force. And the capitalist governments applying that to their institutions by reducing the civil service work force. I went to government hospital to see a bone doctor (orthopedist), when I reached the hospital, other doctors told me to come back in another 3 days and when I went there on that day, and saw two of the orthodontist and because of the distance from my place to the hospital, they referred me to another government hospital and when I went there on the following two days, low and below, the same orthopedists I met at the first hospital were there also. And when I asked why? They told me that they are only ones in the state in government hospitals.
And we have many graduates in the state every year, yet there is no employment because international organizations have given them a template for employment.

Eh? In which countries are you talking about, as the world is a big place. For many countries in Europe, North America and other places - employment rates right now are pretty healthy and high. There is a constant turnover, like any point in history, where old industries get replaced by new industries or improvements in processes. You always have to keep adapting to the current trends, unless you have a trade which is likely to be useful for a long time, like a hairdresser or electrician. I do feel bad for younger generations however, because the jobs that have been squeezed the most lately are the low paying and entry level ones which are often used to gain experience in the world of work.

If you are speaking for the mass, then I see some validation in what you said because there are ways in which the government can make this work for everyone, it's as a result of bad government that we do have a short in employment and no strive in business growth, bad policy can kill businesses and entrepreneurs if the government doesn't support and provide necessary ways to make it convinient for things to work, bad policies means more economic hardship and job employment is one of the problems.

However, if you are talking about individual struggles to get a job, then it's on you to spice up your game in job hunting. Having the certificates to apply for jobs now isn't a guarantee that you can actually secure you a job, you need networking and connections to make things easier and faster for you. There is no way you will make things easily for yourself than someone that has networking at many places, they will get a job before you even apply and this happens everywhere.

To be honest, most youngsters these days are not even interested in those jobs that one could do to get some experience. They are mostly into new things such as creating content, streaming, freelancing, and other similar things that are becoming the norm with the advent of technology and the internet. If a survey is done, most youngsters will choose any of the fields I have mentioned above, and I'm pretty confident about this.

The sectors where human labour is important will have a hard time getting enough people willing to work there with this going forward. How many children do you think are interested in farming or becoming farmers these days? I'd say the numbers are pretty low. However, technology is slowly covering these sectors as well, and the time is near when nearly every work will be done using artificial technology or machines that humans will only give commands to or operate.

How can the average unemployment not increase? Almost every year, thousands of students graduate from various universities all around the world. So, it's not surprising; that's why the majority of those who graduate from college apply for work abroad and are called OFWs (overseas foreign workers).

Sometimes it is boring when we study in school because education is more about watching and there are not many things that make students more skilled. It is completely unfair to think that only having academic educational qualifications will enable a person to get employment or that the government of that country will provide him with work. Academic education is necessary, but if we cannot convert that education into strength in working life, then it will be difficult to get the value of that education. In countries where the number of idiots is high, people are not very hardworking or they have not been able to use their talent properly.

We must acquire skills in reducing unemployment. Governments can never take the responsibility of employment for a large population of a country. The problem of unemployment in my country is the most because the people of my country are afraid to make decisions on their own and are afraid to take initiatives. Presently in most developing countries the joblessness is high, although OP would have mentioned few countries that has high jobless citizens so people can talk about them. But However, in my country the rate of joblessness is high. Even with your certificates you might not get a job unless you know people at the top that can make some few calls for you before you could get a better job. Youths going to school believing after rounding up their education they get a good paying jobs and go on a vacation some day but later on, story changes based on joblessness and they hustle for other things that might not give them the opportunities to go on a vacation cause they work their ass all the time.

The government should at least do their part by providing employments for the masses since they are paying taxes to the government accounts and the citizens should also do their best by looking for a good way to create employment opportunities to themselves and others by getting other means of survival, the rate of inflation is high and having more numbers of unemployed people in a country can only lead to disaster as their will be more number of criminals every where in the country. The rate of unemployment should not stop people from going to school because there are good benefits of having a good certificate despite the joblessness in the countries, as a student do not depend on your school certificate alone, get a good skill, raise money and establish a business if possible and stop waiting for the government to do everything for you.

It is not all about joblessness, there are job opportunities everywhere but the problem is, their pay does not worth the stress, and this employers will still be looking for someone with 10 years experience, imagine I just graduated, eager to apply my fresh knowledge, and skills in the field so I went to apply for a job in my field of study to keep busy while waiting for my induction, the employer was pricing me very low, saying is because I do not have experience and that I am still a fresh graduate. But I know my work and will do it very well, this employers use their employees to work but pay them very low. I will say it is better to gain a very good skills, if you do have any it is never too late to learn one.
