I like the escrow idea

1. Add a dark theme option to the site
2. I hate how the order page goes blank when make a small mistake such as Bitcoin address or wrong captcha. At least let other fields remain intact so that one doesn't have to fill the up over again.
3. How about option where one can enter the amount of Bitcoin the want to send instead of USD. Where do you get your exchange rates?

It seems to me that the name Trustee.cash is an attempt to use and identify with the name of the already established brand trusteeglobal.eu.
Someone ignorant will think that it is a branch of the Trustee service and based on that have more confidence in this new and unproven service.

Given that I used zen.land for escrow, it is obvious that there is still much to do and improve here.

We are working on making a simpler way to use multi-sig for the end users.
We thought about on-site live support but it defies the purpose of Operational security and privacy for most users since it requires Javascript and we will have to rely on third parties.
We will work on a live chat between users in the near future, as long as it doesn't harm the privacy goals we are trying to achieve.

2- Our team has fixed that. We will work more for a better design and UX.
3- Sure, we will work on it, at first it was just bitcoin value and we changed it for USD.

We were trying our best to be creative with the name.
Something simple and easy to remember.
We never thought about Trustee before, honestly I just knew it now from your mention of it.
We hopefully will improve better, it is always start small and grow larger, but we were just focusing on privacy for most users.
