Hi everyone,

I’m posting here because I’m dealing with a serious issue on BC.Game, and the support team hasn’t provided any meaningful help. I’m hoping someone here can offer advice, or that BC.Game steps up to resolve this.

Their support is literally useless and just copy and pastes the same generic responses, which is insulting and basically an F you...

Here’s what happened: 

- I placed a bet on a match, and I won. The match result was confirmed as a win both on BC.Game and external sources like Flashscore. My account history even shows the bet as “won.”

- However, the winnings ($3,112 in USDT) have not been credited to my account balance, even though it’s been over 24 hours since the bet was settled. 

My account shows $0 and all of my bcd disappeared. If I credit soemthing from the bonus section it disappears: https://ibb.co/w0hSXwM

- On top of this, my BCD balance keeps disappearing. Every time I add bonus funds or claim something, my BCD resets to zero for no clear reason. 

When I reached out to BC.Game support, the experience was frustrating and unhelpful: 

1. Generic Responses: They kept copy-pasting the same response about “incorrectly settled bets,” even though I explained multiple times that my bet was settled correctly and is marked as a win in my history.
 
2. Lack of Action: I asked them to investigate why the winnings weren’t credited, but they didn’t provide any real answers or solutions. 

3. No Escalation: Despite my repeated requests, they refused to escalate the issue to a manager or someone who could assist further. 

This is clearly a technical issue on their side, and it’s incredibly frustrating that they’re not addressing it. I’ve provided all the necessary details, including the ticket ID, proof of the win, and the match results. Everything checks out, so there’s no reason why my winnings haven’t been credited.

What I need BC.Game to do: 

1. Credit the missing $3,112 USDT to my account immediately. 

2. Investigate and fix the issue with my BCD balance disappearing.

This has gone on for too long, and the lack of proper support is unacceptable. BC.Game, I need you to take this seriously, investigate the issue properly, and resolve it as soon as possible.

If anyone here has experienced something similar or knows how to escalate this, I’d really appreciate your advice.

I see you already posted in the ANN thread, that will get their attention faster since the OP is active and will regularly check up that thread.

The explanation does not add up too. It would appear they are informing you they paid you incorrectly and are trying to deduct the wrongfully paid amount while you claim to never have been paid. Also, if you say a bet was settled incorrectly you need to give some more context to that.

The explanation does not add up too. It would appear they are informing you they paid you incorrectly and are trying to deduct the wrongfully paid amount while you claim to never have been paid. Also, if you say a bet was settled incorrectly you need to give some more context to that.

He probably meant that his bet truly won upon checking on the actual result of the match in the flash score website. BC.game support is probably trying to use as reason that his bet actually loss that’s why they deduct the profit immediately that makes the profit not credited on the OP balance.

@OP, can share the screenshot of your bet prior to this bet in question. I’m just curious if the support is pertaining to other bet when they say settle incorrectly just to make sure they are pertaining to this specific bet that you post since your screenshot is part by part.

I understood that part. I was pointing out that according to the story, they never paid out the winning for the bet they claim was settled incorrectly, so how can they be making deductions from the account for them?

We will need both parties to chime in to be able to reach a conclusion.

The bet won on bc.game and it is confirmed a win on all scoring sites. The issue is, the winning amount never went to my usdt balance. So it won but I never got the win.

I placed a bet which was correctly settled as a win based on the match result from Flashscore and BC.Game's own system.

However, the winnings of $3,112 in USDT were never credited to my account. I was never paid in the first place.

My account history clearly shows the bet as a win, and I have not received the funds. I supsect this is a bug, because when I go to claim BCD bonus funds those disappear too..

I could not find any information from the screenshot you have provided here as it is not working/broken. Please check and provide accordingly. Sometime the bet may settled in-correctly and it is not new. But the main thing is to observe whether they bet has been settled as wrong or you are on the wrong way.

Another day, another scam accusation against BC game. Holydarkness must be having a hard time and busy days helping users even though he is doing all of it for free and does not receive anything in return. I believe you enjoy helping users, but I feel bad that you are going through this. I always say one thing: the BC game is not going to scam the players as long as they are on the forum and are not guilty of wrongdoing.

I cannot say what happens to the users who do not know about this forum and holydarkness. BC Game is known for their shitty support. How many scam accusations are needed to convince people not to play in the BC game? People should know, that even if BC game do not scam them, they will have worst experience in BC game to cashout their money.

The situation has changed since you started contacting the casinos privately, reaching the users, and working as a middleman. As long as gamblers get help from the forum people like you, they will continue to come to this forum and seek help. But I do agree that the community cannot force the casinos to pay even if it's a clear case. Only a small percentage of victims come to this forum. Maybe they search on google and find the forum. But believe me, there are a lot of victims that never search on google and never come to this forum. I am worried how many people gave up.

OP, just wanted to let you know that I am not leaving you dry and hanging. I have a talk with my contact today [well, my spare contact actually, as my main contact has personal situation] and I go with them according to what I wrote on my list from top to bottom. Yours... happened to be on a lower end of my list. Nothing personal, really. It's just happened to be at the lower-end of the list of topic I wanted to raise for forum users v. BC.

Anyway, we're in the middle of a discussion, managed to tackle some issue, waiting for an update from BC's division [that they inquired the update for us] for a couple of cases, and I've been waiting for exactly one hour and eight minutes in front of my screen to a silence.

I believe it's safe to assume that they've fallen asleep as my spare contact happen to be in a significantly different timezone than I am.

Just letting you know.

I'll reach them and my main contact [hopefully they'll be available tomorrow] and tackle everything else.

I believe, with it, so does the progress of your case. I am currently trying to get ahold of my spare contact, but this is way late at night for them [timezone differences]. Do you mind to wait and see if I can perhaps get it sorted with my other contact [if I can reach them and they're available] or perhaps you don't mind to wait a bit more while my contact [last they told me, like what BC.Game Support wrote, they were on it and it shouldn't take long] can become uhh... functional again?

Thank you for your continued assistance with this. I truly appreciate the effort you’re putting in to help resolve this.

That said, this issue should be a quick fix. The bet was correctly settled as a win, and my account history reflects that, yet the winnings were never credited to my usdt balance. Support has taken far too long to address what should be a straightforward issue, and it’s frustrating to have to wait this long for something so clear cut.

I understand these things can take some time, but this needs to be resolved today. I’ve already provided all the necessary proof, and at this point, the delay feels excessive. Thank you again for your help—I’m counting on you to push this forward and ensure it’s resolved as soon as possible.
