To be honest, Donald Trump needs to issue the executive orders for crypto today and this could be very bullish for bitcoin and overal crypto market. I hope he won't say anything negative about the crypto ecosystem. As i heard in the social media, he had 100 exceuted orders but today he will discuss only the top 20. I do not know if he remains silence on crypto, what impact will it happen on the bitcoin price in the short term ?

I hope he make mention of Bitcoin too because saying anything positive about Bitcoin will automatically have a positive impact on other cryptocurrency but then we should not expect him to make some urgent comments because there are other challenging matters he would be interested in bringing up so I think he will concentrate more on them. Let's not be surprised if he make mention of cryptocurrency today because he's aware of what is going to happen to the crypto market and investors if he says anything contrary to his comments during his campaign.

Let's no forgot that Trump is not just a politician he's also a business man who is interested in making profit and his coin Trump coin is also going to be at stake if he makes any negative decisions or comments against crypto today.

True, I also read it in Twitter days ago.. with such amount of Centralized potion, such project would have a very short span. Just yesterday his wife released her own token, it's funny how they both are pumping in the market right now and those who might be lucky would still make profits from them. The truth is that it would be wrong if anyone would think that such tokens have a future and decide to hodl.. around evening yesterday, trump sold out a very huge amount of his token causing a huge dip. I just saw on the Twitter account that Donald J. Trump reposted some posts on the $trump twitter account, so it is really real. I am surprised, is this even legal in the United States even if you are President or any kind of politician?

I don't know what the U.S. law says about this, however, just thinking about it logically, i don't think it makes too much sense for the president to release a meme coin. We all know how risky meme coins are and how quickly they can evaporate, if such a thing happens, investors will start calling the president out for scam. Trumps wife has also launched her own meme coin in the last hours, shit show if you ask me.

Bitcoin is beyond Trump or any other country. It's borderless and it's going to surpass the presidency of Trump and outlive him, just like it will outlive Biden, Obama, Bush and all others.

Here's the thing, I think Trump's just using bitcoin back in his campaigning days as a way to leverage the people's votes and amp his chances at winning the presidency. He's sworn in already and despite that, I see no news talking about his plans for cryptocurrencies let alone bitcoin in the future. I sure hope that wasn't the case, cause if I could remember correctly, about 4 years ago he was so adamant to ban bitcoin and stop its usage within America, now all of a sudden he's into it? From the onset of the political statements raiding this forum I, Lucius and some other members of this forum tried to pass some messages to the bitcoin world that Trump is just a politician who in his conscious or unconscious state would only use bitcoin in a negative way but people seem to pay little to no attention to that.

Trump is a businessman so he knows where the value lies. I am not sure if Trump really owns a percentage of the Trump meme coins or not, but I am sure he will treat memecoins as memecoins only. Bitcoin has no competition with meme coins. And I am sure Trump will not either deprioritize Bitcoin.

Memecoins are the quickest way to make money nowadays. But their intention is questionable and are highly risky. I am sure Trump will protect his reputation at all costs.

I have never seen any coin that will be launched and later affect Bitcoin and no coin will have more value than Bitcoin, Trump coin will never affect Bitcoin, but  Bitcoin will still be the reason why Trump coin will be recognized as a good and trust coin, I know that Trump coin will be valued than some coins because the owner of the coin is a president and well-known person but that doesn't mean that it can change people mind and think the coin will be better than Bitcoin in the future.

Bitcoin will remain the first and the most valuable investment, i am not saying this to criticize Trump coin but I am just saying this to make us understand that we can never compare any coin to Bitcoin and there will not be a coin that affects Bitcoin no matter how value the coin is to the people.

Bitcoin? I'm sure it will do fine. The new "meme" coin is nothing but pure hype. It will pass as people move on to the next big thing. Most likely, the "meme" coin will lose traction once Trump is no longer President of the US. Even Melania has her own "meme" coin. Mark Cuban is planning to do the same. The "meme" coins craze will continue for a while, especially when it's easy money for the creators.

Funny thing, is that Trump never mentioned Bitcoin or any other crypto during his inauguration speech. There hasn't been any executive order related to the subject yet (AFAIK). I guess Trump is focused on his own Blockchain (World Liberty Financial) and $TRUMP "meme" coin. There are other important things to focus on besides crypto. At least, we got Gary Gensler out of the way. That must be a huge relief for the crypto industry. With many in Trump's cabinet being pro-Bitcoin, there should be nothing to worry about.

I do wish too that Trump can go ahead and issue an executive order on this matter for the bitcoin reserve to become a reality but on the other hand issues of such economic importance doesn't work this way as we all wish it to. Trump of all people do understand this as far as the constitution exists and that's where he would have to follow the right channel to have it all done if he is determined to have a US bitcoin reserve in place. The congressional House do have a big role on this because it's all about the economic future of the people of the USA.

It seems that the coin is affiliated with Trump and his businesses, but I assume Trump doesn't talk about it because there's no need to do that and because it's safer not to. We can see that the coin gained a lot of value over Trump's inauguration, but it can easily lose value fast as well. It might not work in the long run as a successful project, so it's best for the President not to risk endorsing it.
As for his priorities, I don't believe cryptos are high up on that list in general. And whatever's going to be more profitable is probably going to become a priority. In any case, I wouldn't worry about Bitcoin's future.
