I created Matrixcoin because well who doesn't like the thought of robots(cryptocurrency) overtaking the world and using humans as energy. Matrixcoin is a SHA256 coin based off the Bitcoin Core 0.8.6. You can use GPU and ASIC miners just like you would Bitcoin. No affiliation with The Matrix but it was our inspiration! Matrixcoin Addresses start with 9...(This may be changed eventually)

I have uploaded the new matrixcoin-qt.zip wallet to mtxcoin.com go ahead and download it now, Has new target spacing time to 24 hours, may change if really needed.

Well you can CPU mine it, it is possible. Probably not in the next couple hours though once bigger hashrates start powering the network. Glad you at least got a laugh out of it
