There is no particular time named best time to buy Bitcoin. Though some people may say the best time is when the coin has gone dip.
If given the opportunity to buy a Bitcoin I suggest you dive into it, because if you wait for the best time you may not be able to invest in it. We have seen the rise of Bitcoin since when it was first launched in the year 2009. The only problem is we don't know when would it stop, and bounce back.
It is easy to say or advice to buy the dip, but we don't know how many dips would come before it starts to go up again.
