If you are sure about the danger that P2P face-to-face transactions may incur, then it's definitely possible to buy crypto with cash in Portugal.

Your best bet, is to wait until someone from Portugal replies in this thread.

You can try in the local board as well, here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=29.0

OPs entire post history is about exchange transactions, going from Walmart to Colombia to Portugal or Panama, going from $100 to $250,000. I wouldn't touch this with a 10 foot pole.

For sure nobody will ever deal with such a person. No need to search the "entire" post history, even if it's not so big, to understand that he/she is a joke. Only other newbies who make the same joke requests will deal with him/ her. I doubt though since they are the same type of jokers. Grin

It is possible using P2P trading and apps like PeachBitcoin and Liquid Network L-BTC and L-USDT, you just need to find good offers in your region/city or create your offer.
This is the quickest way, but you can also use decentralized exchanges like Bisq, I think they still support some stable coins.
Last option is p2p platforms Noones.com or localcoinswap.com, but first do your own research before using anything.

That's what I do for a living my friend. I use this forum because I feel that I will find good answers to my question. No jokes.

Thank you. this is a valuable response

What recommendations would you give me to make a personal deal with cash and what filters should I have to make a deal with the person?

As far as I know, there are Bitcoin ATMs in Portugal. Through them, you can buy cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, and others). If you're really interested, you can search for more information in internet

If you want crypto for cash, my recommendation is to head east next summer (or maybe even sooner) and buy what you need there. In each branch you can make 1 transaction per day up to EUR 1000 without KYC, and since there are a lot of them (not just the one I'm listing), in the capital you can easily buy USDT for at least EUR 10 000 per day.

Good info. Will you get any hassle if you go back to same place on different days?

I mean lets say you're hitting the same store a few times on different days doing 1000 Euros each time. Then will they keep any records of your exchanges and will they start asking qs for hitting any limits?
