This may not be a scam accusation, but I don't know where to post my situation now.

This week I start to play this casino and made 2 deposits.

After playing a while I try to withdraw, it was rejected.

I contact support, support told me to pass the KYC.

I did it, but it was not successful, took me much time to upload them my proof of address.

Now my account is verified, but withdrawal still pending.

My withdrawals was always rejected, but now it's pending since few hours.

In the period, they allow me to cancel the withdrawal and play in their casino.

It's a challenge for me not to play again until the withdrawal goes through, if I play, I can lose my balance...

Has anyone played in winz.io before and can tell me if it's their normal process or not?

I am not sure if they have automatic or manual withdrawals on winz.io but I would say if they don't process the wd within 24 hours you could try to post in their announcement thread. I can contact the owner and have him take a look at this thread also but would rather not do that unless more then 24 hours has passed. You may want to update this with your username in case he comes here to take a look.

Keep us updated and i'll contact the owner if necessary.

I do not know the amount of money in question (you have not mentioned it) but I am assuming it is something to care about since you have made this thread. Wait for the cashout calmy. If you lose playing this amount there will be nothing to fight for.

Yes, but I hate the waiting process. They are reviewing and reviewing the case and let me to cancel my withdrawal for the time. I know it's my fault if I cancel it and gamble again and lose again. But I need to control it btw..

Live chat cant help me in this case. They only told me to wait.

I know KYC is normal for casinos, but hold a withdrawal for longer than 24 hours is not good.

They told me before if I passed the KYC I can withdraw immediately.

Well,I warned you before not to gamble that money after canceling your pending withdrawal, and unfortunately it’s your totale responsibility for losing the funds. Winz.io might have delayed your case but, they also promote responsible gambling, which is something every player should take seriously. Let this be a lesson for you. 

That said, I do understand how frustrating a withdrawal delay can be and the team should have responded to your case more promptly to avoid this situation. I hope you take this experience as a reason to set stricter boundaries for yourself and avoid similar mistakes in the future. Finally, I advise you to not ever react like this in the future because it might be a symptom of addiction.

I've alerted the casino of the thread and they replied someone will have a look.

I am sorry that this user faced a delay, but casinos don't usually delay for no reason at all. I would assume the same thing from winz.io in this case. There had to be a reason for the delay, even if small. I posted last night that the casino was aware and the OP just had to wait. It's unfair to paint a bad picture of a casino due to 1 user having bad impulse control. All he had to do was wait for an answer.

In my dealings with the casino they have spent thousands and always were professional. It is the weekend so waiting til Monday would have been acceptable.

sorry, I lost my funds incl my pending withdrawal, just played blackjack right now and I was not under control.

I can't blame anyone in this case, it's my fault.

IMHO there is some fault of the casino as well. It is so easy to blame a gambler but we all know how compulsive gamblers act. Delayed withdrawal can stimulate stress which can lead to massive loss as evident in this situation.
It is a good sign that Yahoo is closely observing your case (he might have some reputation with the casino in question) and I think you will at least get some solace in the form of why your cashout was delayed?
I hate to raise expectations but who knows some compensation will boost the credibility of the casino if there is something wrong from their side.

It is good that you made your stance very clear by giving a very specific reply. I also understand that you can not (should not) share things like connected IPs and wallet addresses publicly here. For me personally, since you are willing to reveal such information to any reliable third-party mediator (some names you mentioned yourself) this case is a good example of how reputed casinos should react to accusations, instead of delaying the response for weeks.

The player has already lost his funds by cancelling the withdrawal and placing bets with that. Therefore, it doesn't matter anymore whether OP agree or disagree with your decision. It would have been better if your support team had said about this to him earlier.

Also, you shouldn't allow the users to cancel their withdrawal in this type of situation. There would have been a chance of getting the refund of the deposit if OP hadn't lost his account balance by cancelling the withdrawal.

Users case has already been solved. He lost the funds and was accused of being a multi accounter. I contacted winz last week and asked them to respond here, reply is on page 1 from them. User had lost his funds prior to the winz team responding.
