I'm looking a coin to invest in for this bullmarket. Can anyone suggest some.

Current hold Algo, Sonic, Mana, SHIB

These coins has increased in price significantly but they also retraced a little. Just be careful as I always let people know on this altcoins board that if bear market begins, it is not going to be easy on altcoins. You will see them plummet 10 to 50 times of their all-time high. Altcoins have started increasing since 2023 which is an evidence that bear market is getting closer. The problem with them is that many among them will begin the bear market before bitcoin. Many among the altcoins have gotten to their all-time high.

I purchased this coins prior to the bear market in 2022 seen been through the whole drop phase and held.

Shouldn't we be in the bull market now as alts have started to increase.

Right now, the buzz is all about Trump Coin. Not sure if it’s already too late to jump in, but let me tell you, this one’s definitely risky.

The better to always focus onto the US based tokens. As per Trump's daughter, non-US based token will be getting 25% tariff, which is very big. This gives opportunity for us to put US token as a strategic investment.

There are some tokens i.e SOL, XRP, Injective.

It seems to me US tokens will become a promising investment in the future. You can also try to invest any tokens owned by Trump on his portfolio. This is the most logical way to invest.

This Sonic just recently came out and made a splash in the crypto space, and as @charles-Tim said, so far they are in a retracement period right now, and no one knows when they will have momentum to raise their price value.

So, if I were to choose if you are after big profit, I just think but not sure about this that SHIB looks the best of the ones you mentioned.

I will suggest the investment in dogecoin because of the wave of attention that will be given to Elon musk in Trump's administration. Elon has love for dogecoin and we have seen how he supported it to rise as the most valuable memecoin. Doge has an ATH around $0.7 last two years and now down to 0.31, which means it is still a good investment because it is yet to touch the ATH during this bull season. It has about $0.39 to get to ATH and or maybe go above it for a new ATH which is traditional for a bull season. Therefore, I think it will be a good ground for investment (if the bull season will continue).

What do you even call that? It’s like they’re just trying to manipulate the law to work in their favor. People are so focused on avoiding capital gains tax that they’re not even considering the real future value of the project. And now, Trump is running his own investment show, leveraging his position as president. Honestly, I don’t like it as it feels off, and it might all go south in the future.

Algo I think still has very good potential because they have technology that is offered as a business path that I can consider sustainable, but for sonic, Shib and Mana whose narrative is Metaverse which today does not get attention from the market I think I am quite skeptical about the future of the project on the technology offered.

I think you need to consider the L1 network for you to invest in because it is a resolution for the future of the blockchain network with all its benefits and potential, because we will move to a modern financial system that definitely requires blockchain as the basis of the network in making transactions in the future.

why not others potential coins? doge is one of the top meme coins in crypto but it would be risky investment because of it's known as meme coins,
elon musk support it because he also holders of this coin, it was big pump in doge history around 0.70$ but it's not guaranteed thing it will up likes as ath,
i don't prefer to invest in meme coins in significant amount.

Assuming we all suggests as much altcoins as possible don't you think you could get confused on which one to go for or not to? I have always encouraged people to as much as they can, form their own opinion about altcoins to invest by doing their own research than lurking on some recommendations from the public space.

Except you have got some money to gamble because anyway altcoins are another form of gambling especially in this altcoins season where we now have a proliferation of altcoins experts on all social media platforms promoting different altcoins as a part of the tops altcoins with good potential to watch out for.

I already have a few altcoin in mind which is moonriver , beefy finance and aerodrome finance.

I do research and look at the past statistics of them.

Currently even though the conditions are correcting the market conditions are very dynamic and we have to follow them. if we understand how whales make money, I am sure we will do the same strategy. they will not always hold, but always buy and sell with high frequency. based on Dow theory it is more profitable than just holding without doing anything.

I have monitored maybe Buzz is in my category but this is also a disclaimer and make it a second opinion.

Providing recommendations from thousands of altcoins because everyone has a different view in doing research whether this altcoin will have potential or not.
If you are confident in your own findings especially if you have done long research then continue the altcoin you are holding because I myself only hold more bitcoin than altcoins.

You could have hold Bitcoin then instead of these Altcoins you mentioned, and by how you would have huge profit of your investment because Bitcoin is the coin that gives more profit than any of these coins.
Some Altcoins have huge potential and some of them did well since 2022 till today; I can testify that Solana did well and some other coins like that, but these coins you mentioned, I don’t think they have traced back to their previous all time high before the long term bear market.

However, we can still expect Bull run anytime soon for Altcoins, but it is not certain because the nature of the cryptocurrency market is not stable due it’s volatility.

No one can give you any financial advice even i am also.  altcoin season still not start so you can definitely buy some coin for upcoming altcoin bull season. i can suggest some coin like ETH , SOL , TON , NEAR , TWT , BNB , BGB, ARB. I have told you the coins that I have had my eye on.  You do some analysis on your own and then choose which coins to hold for the bull run.  But definitely invest in multiple coins then the loss will be less on average.

Well I did not know there is some of the coins that you hodl. Algo, Sonic, Mana I did not know what they were but now I have seen there is better coins for you to invest in for the next 'bull cycle'.
I do think that all of us investors in crypto do need to have more Bitcoin then any other coin. We can invest in those coins you hodl so we can hedge our Bitcoin investment. But if you do not have Bitcoin I think you are going to be missing out on some big gains next cycle.

I do think that all of us investors in crypto do need to have more Bitcoin then any other coin. We can invest in those coins you hodl so we can hedge our Bitcoin investment. But if you do not have Bitcoin I think you are going to be missing out on some big gains next cycle.

Bitcoin is always good.
But regarding gems to spot - nothing beats newer alts with higher risk and potential at the table.
That's how it always was and will be.
So to minimize the risks, most should be put to work on something stable.
