I only see this to be successful if you are a social media influencer, celebrity and maybe the admin of a betting site that automatically sets his referral code to be on the gambling registration button although it's editable, these set of people are able to share their referral code to the public and they are mostly the huge beneficiary of this affiliate working.

You are absolutely correct that is the real truth about it, because when registering on any online gambling they normally gave us a referral links to used and refer others. but most of us do used it, while  some don't know how to used it. However, I think I have make small profits from referring people but that was then. Although I have also seen people that make profits too, but to be honest I don't really think is possible now due to how scammers are operating, because most people normally see those referral links as a scam.

This is helpful for those who got referrals. Maybe its a good run, but what if you are a normal user? Its unlikely to gain. Affiliates. Most users with long lisr of affiliates must have been giving them tutorial or any form of lead to win in gambling, meaning you need to spend time effort and money for that to happened.
