Looking at the kind of world we live in, he can absolution get away with it. He is not the only one who does things like this and gets away with it. This guy knows too much with marketing and how to handle things based on how they manipulate it. I am sure everyone remembers on how he works with the partnership thing with TRX and he's successfully done it in the past. His comments made the Bitcoin price to crash and many unofficial sources said that Jemie bought a bunch of Bitcoins during that crash. I knew the time he promised to building a decentralized exchange on Tron and no successful one has ever come out, I knew the time too when metaverse was booming in the market, he claimed to go to the moon with him some metaverse experts to record data and get information, nothing still happen in the Tron blockchain concerning metaverse projects.

A lot of those celebrities that pulled the crypto scam thing may get away for now but for me, that is a temporary getting away and in no time the law will cash up with them, I have a popular musician who pulled this kind of high-level crypto scam, he dumped his coins on the investors and moved on, and because of his influence no one can call him to book or maybe he may have bribed some of the law enforcement agents to make them look away from any reports that could come in against him and the project, so for sure, Justin freedom is still subject to a big crime that can take him to jail tomorrow, the records is already there and is a matter of time before it gets looked at by the right authority.

Based on evidence presented by the tweet, Justin Sun is indeed guilty of market manipulation, and with this, he should be watched because this is not going to be the last manipulation that he will do in the market. The community should be aware of this and make this recent manipulation a reference for every action like hype or announcement that he will do.

I doubt he will start making any trouble. The wealth has already been created, what other reason would someone have to cause trouble? Unless you mean trouble against the existing system, which again, I doubt.

I doubt he will be targeted by the law as someone who earned majority of their wealth well before crypto was even being considered to being regulated, and since it has turned legitimate (unless there's profound evidence which there is probably not enough), I doubt he will face anything any time soon.

To be honest, too many people end up not caring about any of this, so it makes sense that he is getting away with it all. I get that it is not really that complicated, after all we are seeing how governments care only when there is something we can make a noise out of. Justin Sun is obviously in the wrong here, he made the price crash, bought cheaper, and now trying to make it go back up, that's insider trading or market manipulation no matter where you look at it, and somehow he got away with it.

I believe that we should be considering how he could be scamming people, but as long as nobody sues him, how could he be jailed or punished? First, you have to start a lawsuit against him if you really want him to get consequences.

We were headed to that way, but Trump is planning to reduce regulations, and for example he is already kicking out people who were investigating him. So efficiency of law isn't going to be top on the list for him.

He is also making workplaces in the public sector like FBI so toxic, that no one wants to work there. After that he replaces them with either loyalists or privatize those institutions. Both situations are going to be horrible for the public. And scammers will run free out in the open like never before.
