When 2 countries can't decide wich land or resources goes to both sides then there is court.
Court means war and when loser pays court fees, that's exacly with russian / ukraine war.
Western countries frozen the russian assets it's just the SECURITY DEPOSITE in case russia lose war so the court fees can be deducted.
In that case russia made court case start against ukraine so russia paid first with frozen assets in western banks.
In case ukraine lose war then off course ukraine will pay the court fees to russia side+court case.

If the Philippines were to fight for their rights militarily, it would just lead to war. And honestly, it would be suicidal since they don’t stand a chance against China. This just shows how big countries can bully smaller ones and ignore international courts when the rulings don’t favor them.

He is not only one guys like this who working in international organisations there is many don't worry If the guy will die it will be public info as always this info not public because of invidual privacy.
But yes he did explained to me that world organisations viewing this as court process.
It makes sense too because why else they confiscated funds from russia it was in case that If RUSSIA LOSE war the court fees are paid, while they deducted so high fees from russia it means the JUDGES think that RUSSIA might lose this war and have very high insurance risk.

If you Ignore the international organisations then they froze your wealth and assets.
We live in interconnected world and you can't create your own countries without so called security deposite when you don't follow the international laws of mafia then your funds will be taken anyways.
So play along with rules If you lose you just lose but If you lose and you don't obey court order you get extra punishment aswell.

I don't think it's appropriate to compare a trial with a war. War is far from a trial. A trial is built on the basis that the parties undertake to observe the general rules established in human society and obey them, and the winner is the one who adhered to these rules more. At the same time, war is chaos, destruction, lack of rules, where the strongest wins, who often ignores any universal rules of conduct.

Although I will say that the US as a ally of the Philippines are showing their teeth already in the West Philippine Sea in support of the Philippines. And it's not only Philippines that is claiming, almost all Asian country around that waters are also getting involved. That’s exactly what I keep hearing, and it’s really painful that we’re getting bullied in our own waters. Maybe our government’s strategy is wrong as they keep sending people there but just let them get bullied without real action.

I know we don’t stand a chance against a giant but if we don’t react, they’ll just keep pushing us around. Could Russia have avoided a war with Ukraine earlier by turning to an international court to resolve the dispute? Of course not. As we can already see, Putin's Russia wants to seize the territory of Ukraine, and even before the complete occupation of the Kherson and Zaporizhia regions, it has already included them in its territory, along with the Crimean peninsula, Donetsk and Lugansk regions of Ukraine. What international court and by what right can decide to transfer a significant part of the territory of one state to another simply because this state wanted the territory of its neighbor?

There is an ordinary war of conquest by a state stronger in resources against a smaller state, which because of this seemed weak and which Putin's Russia expected to seize in a few days. Firstly, Russia has been waging a large-scale war with Ukraine for almost three years, since the attack was on February 24, 2022, and in 13 days it will be three years. And before that, a sluggish positional war had been going on for ten years, since February 2014.
