Error 4001 in bcgame while trying logging in

Hello there i googled the Error 4001 and landed here is there anyone here who can help me with my situation i am unable to login into my bc account with user id 17353180 . I have a huge sum in my account i  was told to contact bcgame over email but they mever responded to my email i emailed them the whole details that they wanted from me but never got a single response from them till now. My user id is help me out please as i am in urgent need of funds and my whole balamce is on bcgame. User id is:- 17353180.  And my username on game is Baabu 😄. If anyone can help please reply to this thread.

I've tried to login with a wrong password It seems the error 4001 is pointing to a wrong or incorrect email or password.

Have you tried to use the forgot password to reset your password?
Once you successfully reset it, try to log in again.

No that's not the case here it says Account verification required when i try to login through email and user account risk when i try to use email and password. Different Errors but same Error code 4001.

If it is "account verification required" have you received anything from your email?
If you didn't receive anything, why not try my suggestion first to use the "forgot password" and then try to log in again?

Or if you receive an email, just click the link to verify your account.

There have been several cases of users encountering "Error 4001", and from what I know some have been resolved, hopefully, yours gets resolved too.

anyway, just in case they disabled the "Allow newbies to send you PMs." I sent them a message informing them about this thread. their forum representative does go online quite frequently nowadays so they might see this thread or the PM I sent them.

I tried everything......i was told to contact support@bc.game i mailed them all the details that i was told but haven't received a single response from them. Not sure why is this happening and bc live support is useless as they say mail the details . I mailed the details many times but no response from their side.

This is simply because BC.Game is one of the largest crypto casinos out there and therefore has a large user base ... the more people play, the more often/frequently problems of various kinds can occur.


A shot in the dark ... Have you already tried logging in with a different browser (or with a browser instead of an app)? Not that the error is caused by a broken browser session/cookies/... or something like that.

I might be wrong, but despite the above provided explanation about the reason of error 4001, experience from past cases told me that error 4001, that persist that made players such as OP have to raise a thread here, is not something that can be cleared by clearing cache or different browser.

Most likely than not, it's imposed upon the player because BC needs to check credentials of the player. Be it because they find something suspicious that warrant an investigation, an access from restricted teritory, or simply to reset and prove ownership.

OP has sent mail to support team and I've nudged my contact about OP's situation alongside with his UID last night. I think all we can do now is to wait until I hear back from my contact and see what to do from their feedback.

We found that the account violated affiliate term by creating multi account for self referral. We unfortunately can not reinstate the account.

Casinos findings on these matter are usually spot-on. But let's try to clarify, shall we?

Were you recommending your friends or family or other relatives to play on BC with your referral link? And did they happen to perhaps sign up while using your wifi or your PC? Or perhaps your phone?

No they didn't sign up using my phone nor used my pc . I had so much refferals on my bc account and i had been suggesting everyone to use the casino site i never expected that the platform will play such kind of games with me . I have seen on youtube many youtubers withdraing huge amount of funds from their casino account they never get locked out why is this happening only on bcgame? So, at least one thing is correct, that you're in referral business. Not saying that it instantly validate their findings, but at least we get one thing straigthened up and verified, and it's one step forward toward resolution. Now, if you can perhaps recall, how many of them are your own relatives? Siblings, parents, whoever in your family?

None of them are in my family. Some of them are office colleague 's some are my telegram subscribers and some are my insta followers.
As i have shared my refferal link everywhere . I can't exactly tell who they are but one thing i know is that they are someone who either personally lnow me or know me through YouTube insta or telegram.
