Like I said, I do agree that it's annoying. However, we've already removed that process to make things more seamless. Now, you just need to take a screenshot in case something goes wrong with your deposit—you no longer have to send it to our CSR every time you deposit or withdraw.

The USDT fee does seem a bit high, but we can't control it at the moment as we are at the mercy of our current crypto payment gateway provider. Maybe upon the official launch of the international website, we’ll be able to reduce or even waive these fees.
