I have been scammed for $12k USD by WE88. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5517846.0https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=3664779I signed up from bitcointalk and asked if I could play from UK they said yes no problem. I said I was unable to access one of their sportsbooks from my ip, they advised me to use a VPN. My first withdraw of $400 was successful, my account was losing at that time. Today I tried a withdraw of $4400 and they requested my ID, I sent them it instantly. An hour later I'm told to contact live support, they tell me this: Dear Customer, Here is the final decisions by WE88 Management, We regret to inform you that you are under blacklisted by WE88 due to your account "username" activity violated the general rules of gaming.
We will proceed to refund your last deposit of RM 8,707.20 and permanently terminate the account from now.
Effective : 01/02/25

Gentle Remind : If we figure out there's another new account got the same activities we will proceed to blacklist the account and forfeit all the funds from the account without any notice.

I knew this book would be too good to be true, so many of these asian sites with weak odds are huge scammers on the sportsbetting side. Well don't play here!

Could you please share some screenshots of this conversation? We need solid evidence so the community can fairly judge your concerns. If you can present all the necessary proof that their support actually allowed you to gamble, then it's only fair that they treat you right even when you score big wins.
IMO, refunding only your deposits isn't enough. The moment they stop serving you, they should return your entire balance, including your winnings. That way, you'll be compensated for every penny you've earned while using their service.

This isn't the conversation I had at the time, but I just went on live support and asked again. In my first conversation they did not mention the malaysian phone number, I completed my first withdraw without it and they never asked for it on my account.   Also they are offering to literally refund 1 deposit out of many, I think I've deposited close to 25-30k myr ($6k us). All these asia sites just have a horrible reputation for scamming sports bettors, I doubt I'm even going to get the refund.

It has only been 4 hours until 48 hours have passed, and yet I have now sent a message to @WE88 Official urging them to follow up on your complaint as soon as possible. I informed them that you sent them your username on WE88 via forum messages and hope they review your account and activities properly. According to the screenshots you provided, there is no issue with using a VPN, as their customer support has confirmed that. Therefore, I hope they will try to assist you fairly in refunding your deposits in full and withdrawing your earnings.

If my list, notes, and memory serves me correctly, you were previously flagged by a provider of Rainbet, where you also made it known to public that you're limited by every site on UK, I guess it's not too much of a reach to assume some of the providers who supplied those UK site also provide games to this site [or Rainbet]. Thus, this situation.

Maybe @WE88 Official should come out and tell us exactly which terms and conditions were breached, at least for the sake of third parties here. A generic reply like "We regret to inform you that you are under blacklisted by WE88 due to your account "username" activity violated the general rules of gaming." doesn't make sense.
How do we know who is lying and who is not?
Also, the official account has been offline for a while now, not sure when they will be back here. OP I would say you try casino guru, but it seems they don't resolve sports betting related cases

You need to at least get a supporting evidence that your claim has some merit like a support from Casinoguru or Askgambler telling that We88 decision is wrong before you warn user here to not sign up. It’s unfair for the casino if they are really telling the truth about your account involved in ToS violation. For the meantime, I will watch this thread closely and update us so that we can warn user about We88 risk through negative trust and flag.

You need to at least get a supporting evidence that your claim has some merit like a support from Casinoguru or Askgambler telling that We88 decision is wrong before you warn user here to not sign up.

They don't support sports betting on those sites, only casino.
