There's a Solana party going on presently. Not a literal one but it might as well be since there is a whole bunch of SOL being given away. With SOL now at $201 people are using the chance to buy low since the current market's sentiment for the token is quite positive and with any good news from the US goverment regarding SOL we might get pushed to a new ATH, that's pretty much the reason why I was excited about the event.

I saw this event while reading through some events on a forum and I was quite interested in it since it has a 100% win rate meaning anyone that participates is going to win between $1 to $20 worth of SOL. Of course, completing the tasks make the share you get higher but the tasks are all simple ones like trading spot or futures, mostly just things we do on a normal day. What do you guys think about it, is it worth the effort in joining?

Definitely the market dipped a lot during the weekend. Eth was down -20%, most alts were down -50%. Sol went to around 180 before it started going to an upside but despite the price trend. With the current technical market structure plus the positive sentiment around the coin we surely might be seeing a new sol ATH soon,..any task or forum that can offer sol currently is a hug plus considering the outlook of the coin, however let's be careful too and make sure we are in the genuine space so that everyone is safe at the end of the day,...and please don't transact with people you don't know or people without proven results of successfully completed deals,..

After the Memecoins fever, the liquidity will gradually decrease for Solana, so the current prices may not be good for those who want to invest in the medium term, so it is better not to buy now.

The long-term trend will be determined by Ethereum, if it does not perform well in the coming months, there will definitely be liquidity to replace it, part of this liquidity will move to Solana.

Well after making some big gains in this year is now down 11 percent for this week. That is more then even Bitcoin is down in this time.

I do think it is still a good for us to still hodl our SOL tokens. There is not a reason for us to sell them right now when price is down.

Sometimes i am thinking SOL is unpredictable token, as per as if you see recent SOL prices history, SOL hit new all time high at 294$ just in 17 days ago,
then it's drop below 200$ because of BTC was dump, now SOL price increasing but i sold my coin at 200$, i am not holding it, i bought other low prices altcoins.

Yes, we are not going to really see this change anytime soon, we are not going to end up with that much benefit and we are going to see this not change all that much neither. I believe that people are looking into this like it's a way out ticket, but the reality is that SOL had what it had, and not going to repeat that probably, so it's going to be just a coin that does decent enough based on market movements, but nothing extra outside of that.

Sure if the market moves up, then yeah SOL will move up too, and if the market goes down then SOL will go down, but it is not going to be like 2x going up when the market goes up just one, there isn't anything that will make it go up when the market is idle neither, so all in all, I would say I agree with the calculation that there isn't really anything that makes SOL good enough that we buy it right now. I am quite happy with my bitcoin investment right now and I am not planning on buying anything else soon.

I don't think we're reaching top, ETF still on the way. also, remember US-first crypto? yeah solana will be greatly helped with that.
I think even right now price is pretty solid at around $200 and there are still surge of demand anytime there's price dumping making the recovery quite fast with this one coin.
not to mention there are many things that's still starting to gear up in the ecosystem like restaking and agentic AI, nobody know the market but I think solana hasn't reached peak price.

Well Solana is down still on the week but it is staying above key resistance level of $200.  And all of the crypto coins are down so if you want to stack cheap SOL tokens before the next 'bull run' I do think we can make alot of profit from it.
I still hodl SOL because I like all the meme coins that are on its blockchain. It did have a marketcap of $6 Billion because of that. We still have along ways to go before getting back to all time high of $294 but I do think we will see it after this correction we now have.

Lots of options for the potential here, the break can happen due to all of them. We just need to wait for it and accumulate more.

i think no.... solana last pump is because trump meme in solana so there are many people who want to buy early trump meme with solana.

The peak fever of memecoin after Trump launched on the Solana network so many investors shifted their funds to Solana to buy memecoin, so when the hype has subsided then the liquidity will naturally decrease, perhaps because of the effect of the market downturn as well.

I don't know if Ethereum will trend back to the way it was? Now it's stuck long enough not to be able to move faster in terms of price, less sure for Ethereum this bullrun season, so I might move to Solana too if there is a hype trend coming again.

Yes, I agree, Holding SOL in the long term will not scare us, this project has a bright future because of its development progress. For its potential I also think it is quite extraordinary in the future and it has been tested repeatedly throughout time as a player who is able to survive in any condition if BTC is corrected.

For some people who have good skills, trading that token is easy, and maybe in an hour it is finished and take profit. But for others, it is very difficult and they even experience losses before making a profit.

It's just speculation and you don't have to believe it, there is no use in Doge and Trump so it is very difficult to get approval in SEC even though it belongs to Elon Musk and Trump's personal coin will be very annoying if the financial world is made a joke with meme coin ETF.

There will be a better world even if it is not LTC and SOL that will be made into ETF, but SOL makes more sense than Doge and Trump to enter the ETF market.

That's right, people no longer even look at the outages issues that it has got in the past. If I just didn't do that in the past then I've held significant amount of Sol. But because I was too sensitive about it, I have never took anything on it and never bought when it was too low and saw it like ranging from $20-$30 and that's I think the lowest that it has got for the past cycle. And when its ETF will be passed on, for sure that there will be a lot of hype once again that will be in there.
