What happened :

So I registered on rollbit a while ago (the one and only account I opened on rollbit ,despite people warning me of the site being omega scam),deposited 2days ago via BTC and used its sportsbook for two days before they limited me eventually and thus I requested a withdraw.
Of course I have rollovered my deposit (3 times I think when the requirement is for x1 the deposited amount as I was informed by their livechat support).
My account is level 3 verified even though they didn't request any documents ,I took it upon me to complete the basic verification process.
As my withdraw is pending ,I was told to contact their support.
So I did and with a misleading air ,they not only are informing me that I possess other Rollbit accounts but also they refuse to talk to me at all unless "Nothing further to add until you indicate your other Rollbit accounts."
I informed them of having only one Rollbit account and asked them to give me the details of the rest since they are certain to such extend about them.Of course they haven't done so or are replying to me unless I name "all the rest ROLLBIT accounts that I own.

I advice that no one should register and deposit money to this shitshow of a casino/bookmaker ,even to test it with small deposit like I did.

OP, thanks for making us aware of the matter. I can understand it is really frustrating to encounter a situation like yours. Recently there have been a lot of accusations against the casino in question but I have to say they are paying attention to resolving them as well. I am sure they will soon reply here just wait for some time.

What sports do you bet?

Football and Basketball.

I made 5 bets all in all.That was when they limited me and now they won't talk to me unless I "reveal all my other Rollbit accounts".
Such baseless accusations and when I ask them for them to post another one of my account and its correlation with my own Rollbit account (since they are so certain that I possess many) ,they are not responding.

As a preliminary, do you happen to access the site through VPN? Do you mind to inform us where you're accessing the site from [as I need to know whether you happen to be from their restricted territory or not]? And, what's the amount being disputed here? You mentioned 800 USD, but on your screenshot your balance was 400?

I am accessing Rollbit without the use of a VPN and I am accessing it from Greece.

As far as I know my country is not restricted ,because usually when it is they do not allow you to register and a notice of you attempting to register from an restricted country appears on the screen.

The total amount is 800USD.

400USD on a pending withdraw that they won't release or give me any information about unless I "name the rest of my Rollbit accounts" and the remaining 406USD shown in the screenshots still in my balance.



I feel obliged to inform here that after I searched many of old email addresses that I used it appears that I had registered on Rollbit long ago using my previous email address.

The account had remained inactive ,I had never deposited on it , never bet on it,never used it in anyway before other than the registration that I did in that time and then left it.That's the reason that I completely forgot about it and used my current email address to register on Rollbit a few days ago.

Now be that as it may , Rollbit should act as they feel like it but I never used these two accounts to abuse the casino in any other way.
It was an honest mistake on my part since I forgot about the old inactive account and found out about it just a few minutes ago searching in my old email address.

Now If Rollbit is willing to give me my payout , deny me my winnings , keep my deposit even , so be it.

 Me probably logging into a new account with the same IP as I had when I registered on my old account was probably was triggered their system into spotting 2 accounts on the same IP address.

Thank you all for your replies and I apologize for forgetting about the old account I opened (even if I never used it before).

Ok, this is probably a good thing, given you did [unintentionally] have more than one account, and the situation here could probably be solved in no time.

Though I can't speak on Rollbit's behalf,I am somewhat sure if you did no harm from the previous account and did not violate their ToS other than unintentionally forgot about that account, once listing that account and explaining to them, they'll proceed with this account and probably close the previous one so you can continue with this one, suppose you still want to play with this "second" account.

Can you please try to reach their live support and provide this latest revelation, mentioned the old username and explain to them what happened? See if we can go as I imagined will happen like above. If they still insist on locking your account, I'll try to reach Razer and see if they have other reason to keep denying despite the latest development.

This was a mistake (honest of course but still a mistake on my part) which justifies their actions.

I found my old account's logins and its still active so yes this technically counts as me having more than one Rollbit accounts and I apologized to them via live-chat support and explained myself.

After revealing all this to them , I asked what will happen to my remaining balance and the pending withdraw and they informed me that it might take up to 24hours since "the ticket is awaiting action from the colleague".

Not trying to get you to hold your breath and have your hope high, but most casinos are actually not interested in "making profit" by scamming their user by confiscating fund of a conflicting accounts [though they have the full right to take the entirety of it by ToS].

Most likely than not, if the players are in overall loss, they'll return the deposit, while if the player is in profit state, the fund will be confiscated to cover the damage done through the abusive behavior that the accounts did.

That "action from the colleague" was likely them taking assessment of your history, PnL and all. Given your previous account did nothing, like at all, it should be clean, and if you also didn't do anything detrimental with this account, hopefully they'll return the fund in full.
