This thread is for record keeping purpose as well as any potential help we can get here.

Our cryptostocks ticker is HEATHERAI

Our account got hacked by some wicked bot guy CCElite (CCElite.biz) who posted 2 false announcements and changed our links to his own Sad He also withdrew 0.05 btc but the worst thing is we got delisted from Cryptostocks.

Quote
Dear Heather AI,

You have withdrawn 0.05 BTC to address 1BwuWNSNqcHgHy9KLgZno3MWpttto88Vz9

Here is the whois information of CCElite http://www.whois.com/whois/ccelite.biz

It is probably fake but the domain registrar and the hosting company must have the guy's identity information

Our thread is https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=513351

We got the following emails from Cryptostocks:
Quote
We have decided in line with our terms and conditions to delist
HEATHERAI.  Before we can proceed with giving you a complete list of the
shareholders we need a personal identication from you (e.g. Passport
copy, ID, etc.) as well as a proof of address.

Please respond on how you want to proceed from here.

Quote
Dear Sirs,

we have multiple users who claim that their accounts have been compromised after having used your trading bots. This has done a considerable damage to our site and we cannot accept this.

What is rather disturbing is that you were hacked but failed to inform the community but instead have left all the announcements up.

Delisting does not mean that you loose any of your shareholders, we will provide you with their information so you can contact them on your further plans.

So reset the password and login and correct the contract information.

We are asking CryptoStocks to reconsider.

Also worth mentioning that the CCElite guy hacked our email address a few days earlier too and sent malicious links to about 5 people but we alerted them immediately in the morning and immediately secured our account back.

Any help or suggestions are appreciated. We have a legitimate team of developers working on this project. We have no intention of scamming anybody.

Hackers are trying to get bitcoins from anywhere!!!
But I don't see the point of getting only 0.05 BTC. What else did they stole?

They transferred all our shares into their own account. About 48500 of them, but I think we will get them back.

They also dumped about 40 shares on to low price orders.

Any idea how this happened? Did you use 2fa on both cryptostocks and your e-mail account?

Can you explain a bit better? Is Cryptostocks insecure or did you use a bot where cryptostock users had to enter their logindetails and those leaked?

Please ALWAYS contact me through bitcointalk pm before sending someone coins.

CCelite probably managed to bug our system and thus hacked Cryptostocks. Our bots are fine and safe.

If it is insolvent, project owners will be able to directly pay dividends to shareholders, so this should not be a big problem.
And their withdrawal fees are so high, that it would not make sense for them to stop, unless litterally all their BTC got stolen.

I've never had a problem with cryptostocks. This could be a man in the middle attack, where your browser is essentially hijacked. also make sure the https address is correct and use a vpn.

Cryptostocks and kumala is probably getting a decent amount of btc from cryptostocks so there really shouldent be such problems.
First kumala should have made at least 1000 btc from when he sold 30% of Vircurex.
Then the last year there probably was 20 stocks that payed 5 btc each to get listed and another 60 that payed 1 btc each, so thats another 160 btc.
If lets say there is 1000 investors/traders/share issuers on cryptostocks that make on avg 5 withdraws each in a year then thats another 25 btc.
There is also the trading fee 0,15%*2 on all trades, last 30 day for example that should have generated 3,56 btc from btc trades alone so lets say 42 btc in a year from that.
There is also other fees that generates incomes for them.

So in all he should probably have generated well over 230 btc at least from different fees on cryptostocks in a year and that 1000 btc he made on vircurex so the 1230+ btc he made should pretty much garantee that there isen't any such problems on Cryptostocks.

Everyone will still get dividends according to the number of shares they own. CCElite will obviously not get anything for the shares he fraudulently transferred to himself.

We are trying to get Cryptostocks to re-enable us. However, if they don't, we'll try to list on some other site such as Ciphertrade, Crypto-trade.com or something. We'll pay dividends manually until we are not listed anywhere.

We are currently working on our next version bots for several exchanges. We should have an update for you very soon.

This doesn't tell me anything. MtGox was holding hundreds of millions of dolars worth of bitcoins. Did that made them solvent?
