Bitcoin is freedom that's true and the kind of freedom it gives is financial freedom, the reason why I said Bitcoin gives financial freedom is because government don't have control over it and any investment you are doing that the government don't have control over it is a very good investment such investment gives you unlimited financial freedom when you are investing on something the government policy can change everything about it then you are in problem, there was a man who built a crude oil refining company when he was building it there government allowed private company to refine crude oil and after he finished building it he started refining and selling it out but later when they did a fresh election and a new president was elected he changed the policy by stopping all private crude oil refining company to stop and only putting it in the hands of the government alone this change of policy affected the man and also made the man frustrated and depressed, so investing in Bitcoin gives you an unlimited financial freedom.

Thanks for the correction as the financial freedom there wasn't intended to be the same financial freedom when you here the world. It's more of the freedom to carry out transaction as you please without interference from the government or banking system. It's quite obvious that Bitcoin doesn't guarantee you financial freedom per se in having to not be bothered about money anymore because you'll still have to work irrespective of you having Bitcoin or not and Bitcoin wasn't invented to eradicate poverty but to facilitate transactions in a decentralized manner.

Depends on what you are using of course, there are "cheaper" methods globally as well, but depends on where and to where you are sending, using what. Let's remember that bitcoin isn't free to transfer, we are paying a good sum to send it, which is called the tx fee, and that is not cheap these days.

There are even nations that have financial deals with each other where you can send for free, without any charge at all, and instantly. The reason why I am in bitcoin is not the pace, or the fee, it is the fact that it is decentralized. There is no FED here, there are no central banks, we just control it and we make it do whatever we want, because we own it. That is not something that exists anywhere outside of bitcoin world.

It will only be finical freedom when you are making profit and that is the only freedom I see you can get because there is no way that you will be free when you are not making money so there is no freedom at all because people feel that bitcoin is a place that you can invest and make money freely but for does that can actually understand bitcoin knows that there is nothing more than luck in the business.

Well, that's my situation at the moment. All possible sanctions have been imposed against my country, which do not even allow sending money abroad. This is where Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies come to the rescue. I can't say that this is the only option, but it is quite convenient. I don't like the fact that sometimes you have to pay a high commission for the speed of the transaction, but otherwise everything is fine.

Just the other day I encountered the fact that I needed to transfer money to another country to my friend, but I can't do it through banks. I had to exchange it for Bitcoin and then send it to the right address. Of course, there is one more nuance. The end recipient does not know at all how to receive crypto and how all this is done. Anyway, coming back to the topic, it's true that most people don't understand the actual use cases of Bitcoin and how it gives them freedom in the actual sense. Most of the new Bitcoin or cryptocurrency users believe that their funds are safe and in their possession if they are kept in a centralized wallet or in a centralized exchange, but the truth is otherwise. You might have access to them for the time being, but we have seen bad things happening in the past where people lost so much money for keeping them in centralized spaces.

Only the assets that are kept in non-custodial wallets while having the seed phrases and private keys only to yourself are truly in your possession.

I think the average of us was familiar with investments even before Bitcoin existed - for example investing in gold, forex and so on. I agree that some of us may have never invested in any asset before bitcoin - so they just started with bitcoin and diversified into some other assets.
