You hit all those points right, in the majority of casinos I play at I always pay attention to those points, especially points like:

- Licensing and Regulation
- Website Security
- Payment Options
- Efficient Customer Service
- Reviews & Reputation
- UI/UX

However, there's one thing that you should add, we remember payment options, but forget about fast withdrawals at those points, in some cases when I tried new casinos, I found that some casinos didn't process withdrawals quickly, and what happened after that was that I didn't come there again. 1 - 20 minutes is still tolerable, but if it's more than that time, I think it's better to avoid it.

Yeah, I think being in the biggest crypto community and gambling, it's going to be easy for this casinos to have a reputation if they will have the support of this community. And then we have members as well giving their feedback to every casinos, and so that is also a good measures to see if they will give or negative or positive.

Yeah right, but how many actually pass those criteria? Let's see
- how many casinos have licenses everywhere in this world and have not failed at least once or twice?
- ToS, let's not even go there, we all know the bonus programs have more paragraphs than the bible

IIRC, browser like google chrome support translation so that user can understand English language. I only saw few casino that offers multiple language on their live support but I totally agree on this suggestion since country doesn’t prioritize English language like Japanese, Chinese, Korean and many more.

Licensing is number 1 now. That doesn't matter in the past.

I always tend to rely on people who have tested the game. I have not tried a beta test of online casinos because I am too scared that I might lose my money in the process. That's why I check on people who have tried it first and what their experiences while playing especially the deposits and withdrawals.
I don't care about bonuses yet. I think we should not be urged easily by promotions and bonuses that are offered to make the online casino more inviting.  Those are not what makes them reputable and in fact it might be a sign that they are going to scam gamblers.

I played though on one casino recently and they have a native speaker for my own language. I know that she is a native speaker as obviously the way she answer my questions points that she has been hired as local support.

Since there are so many crypto casinos and we have this very popular forum, the ones with a good reputation will likely advertise here. What does this mean?

Is cryptocurrency not secure? or you're gambling on fiat casino which not accept cryptocurrency at all? if you gamble on crypto casino and you consider to have fiat payment in order to be secure, I find it's strange.
