I hate it when people that see depressed people being judged as it's an easy problem. Heck no!

It's a real thing that many should realize that this is a serious problem that it's hard to deal with when you're alone, let alone the depressed person.

We have to stay by their side until they're able to move out of it. I've been with a family member and even friends that overcame that and I know how it feels as well.

I think one way to avoid it is to stop being an overthinker. We have to stop thinking to matters that we don't have control over those.

From what i heard its pretty bad. I want to believe that you can decrease it via exercise and eating the right food. Don't give up before you try all that. And be where the love is, because thats life. Best of lucks and take care of yourself, life is so fragile and we need to be grateful for every second.

Depression is not something somone should actually pray for, it kills slowly than cancer. And my advice is for people to make sure they do what makes them happy 😊 move away from.bad relationships and also enter the gym.

Depression simple mean, lowering someone mood not to be happy at the moment, you can choose not to experience depression in any place you find yourself, know what is giving you joy in anything you are doing in life and know how to reject depression whenever people around you are trying to cause you depression.

Do you know that staying too long in the dark without seeing the lights can exhume negative thoughts?
For helpful tips, do yourself a favor at a time of depression not to stay in the dark for meditation otherwise you might be inspired to undertake dangerous action which you might see of being a quick solution to what you are going through.
While some people might be experiencing depression without the awareness of their loved ones, it is important to note that finding a quick solution such as suicide commitment or engaging on criminal activities will extend your predicaments to where it would even affect your families.
My honest advise is that learn to share your hard problems out without keeping it to yourself alone. Perhaps one unexpected person just behind you can be a solution to it if let know.

Well I do know that young men are the most likely to commit suicide. It is OK to admit if you are feeling low in the modern day though. In the past there was a macho era where men felt they couldn’t admit to suffering from depression. It’s OK to admit you need help & there are so many places where you can seek help now. Don’t suffer in silence, talk to somebody.
