Bitcoiner24h who recently auctioned a satori coin never sent the coin to me and does not respond to my message. Beware of this scammer in the future.

This is interesting but I feel it may be the result of a misunderstanding or miscommunication; otherwise, it doesn't really make much sense.  I've won multiple auctions from this member and always received everything in good standing and within a reasonable time frame.

Hello, always before accusing someone of being a scammer and publishing it, make sure of what you say.
Bitcoiner24h is a 100% trusted member of the forum, he always keeps his word and many of us have trusted him for many years.

It's probably a misunderstanding and there will be some explanation.

Let's hope Bitcoiner24h clarifies this problem soon.

You are right, and as i said, i jumped the gun. But in my defense untill a deal is finalized you should at least answer your messages rather than leave someone standing in the lurch. Bad communication on his part.

Hello,

The Satori was shipped, and the tracking code was provided to user timbodine on January 29, 2025. I believe not even 10 days have passed since the shipment of a product sent from the xxx.

My friend, you need to be patient and refrain from defaming or falsely accusing someone who has been on this forum for years without a single issue. On what grounds are you calling people scammers?

I invite you to delete this post before I report it. Please stay on topic, and we can continue discussing this via private message.

Here is the proof that I sent the message on the 29th, providing the tracking code. Therefore, what has been said here is not true.

Is he really a scammer? Can you believe that my Satori never arrived either? I don’t know if it’s a postal issue or something else… He sent me the tracking number, but nothing ever reached my house. It’s strange that you’re having the same problem—this is starting to worry me if there’s a second victim. Undecided

Let's clarify things and avoid any confusion, please. Your tracking code indicates that the package was delivered. I have been communicating with you privately at all times, and I even commit to reimbursing you the BTC if it was indeed lost or stolen. However, the tracking code clearly shows that the delivery was completed. If you give me your permission, I can make the tracking code public.

Why make predictions ahead of time? I don't understand why you don't look at the tracking numbers, there it marks the days since it left for its destination.
I am from the European Union and I know that shipments to the United States usually take 10 to 20 days, some more and some less.
If more time passes, it is normal to worry, but do not create panic with these comments.

I'm not accusing anyone, it just caught my attention. He sent me the Satori on December 3rd, and it's been almost two months now.

Sure, you have my full permission to make it public. However, I do agree with the guy that you reply very late, but I guess you were really busy. I can’t vouch for everything said in that post since you’re stepping up and have a solid reputation. In fact, it’s not right to accuse someone without proof.

That being said, I just find it interesting that this person still hasn’t received their Satori. Another curious thing is that you only responded to me after this accusation appeared on the forum...

Anyway, I’m not too worried, since it wasn’t expensive—it was just a bare Satori. I don’t really care if it gets lost, as these things can happen. But from what I see, this seems to be a postal issue, as the user provided me with the tracking number.

This tracking code indicates that a delivery attempt was made, but the recipient was absent. I notified them via private message do you remember? Now, the tracking status shows that the package is in a P.O. box (I don't know whose), awaiting delivery. It is very likely lost or stolen, and the tracking from POST might not be accurate.

I take full responsibility for the loss of this package and have already refunded the BTC. We're talking about an unloaded Satori with 0.000285 BTC.
I believe everyone here knows me well enough.

One thing is clear: I will be changing the rules in my future auctions to prevent these kinds of issues with new users on the forum.

After having a conversation with "Bitcoiner24hs," he has already refunded me for my Satori, which was purchased on December 3rd. I believe this was an issue with UPS, as the tracking states that it was delivered to my address, but it never arrived, and no note was left. I work from home and am always here, so I’m not sure if it got lost or what exactly happened.

In any case, if my Satori does eventually arrive, I confirm that I will return the money. I also want to publicly apologize for doubting Bitcoiner24hs—he acted in good faith, and this was just a misunderstanding caused by UPS.

Additionally, I think users on this forum should be patient, as from what I’ve read, shipments from the U.S. to a distant state can take up to 20 days. My case was more complicated since it was sent on December 3rd, but again, the issue here was with UPS. I’ve never experienced something like this with shipping before, but I guess there’s a first time for everything.

With that, I consider my comments on this post concluded.

if it says delivered and never was - I would file a claim with UPS.
