I’ve been dabbling in the crypto world since about 2021 but have recently got serious about Alt and Stable coins. Recently my portfolio is about 60% Bitcoin 25% XRP and 15% ETH. What do yall have as suggestions or opinions on my portfolio?

Your diversification strategy is on point. You’ve got the bulk of your portfolio in Bitcoin, which makes sense and your altcoins are both solid and profitable. If you're thinking about adding more, I suggest keeping your 60% Bitcoin allocation intact and only boosting your altcoin side. Maybe try some high-volume altcoins like BNB, Solana (which is pretty hot right now with meme coins), and Cardano.

I am giving you my opinion, not advice. It seems to me that you have too much percentage of shitcoins in your portflio, to me anything less than 90% bitcoin seems little. Or the other way around: more than 10% shitcoins seems too much to me. But this is coming from someone whose portfolio is 100% bitcoin, so if you want to play with shitcoins, that's up to you.

SOL and LTC are the way to go if choosing anything besides BTC. Really.
And, OP - don't take opinions / advice here as given. There will be lots of thoughts regarding your portfolio and potential actions, but you need to work through each and one and make your own way, that will be viable for you because of X (X being reasons to invest / continuing to invest).

I think your portfolio is quit impressive, with sol and xrp in the mix its even better because those two are quit hot now however I would have increased my investment in bitcoin if the plan is to hold for a long period of time if I were you since we all understand how dump and pump work and who takes more heat..

Most heat is taken by those who leave their positions in minus PNL.

You entered the market in 2021, which means you are not a newbie but even a seasoned investor in the market. So I think you have enough knowledge to build your own portfolio without advice from others. Or even if you are newbie, investing based on other people's advice is not a good idea. You should do your own research and make your own decisions because no one is responsible for your investments.

Everyone has different vision and thinking, we are not the same. Like some people say your portfolio has too much shitcoin and too little bitcoin but on the contrary, I think this portfolio is quite reasonable. So if you are not satisfied then edit until you are satisfied but if you are satisfied, you don't need to edit just because of someone else's advice.

i don't know how much you invested, but i feel that the way you put most of your investment in xrp and eth is not good. if i were you, i would increase my investment in bitcoin, and gradually sell the rest of the altcoins until they are all gone, and only hold bitcoin. but this is me, i don't know how you think about holding all your investment in bitcoin.

Your portfolio is not that bad but if i were you i could have given bitcoin more priority because that is the most trusted coin to keep in your portfolio. ETH has been performing very bad lately and i don't know the fate of it's future so since you have 60% Bitcoin, 25% XRP and 15% ETH mean that you have 40% of altcoins which i think it doesn't show you are very much interested in bitcoin even though you have 60% of it because since you have other altcoins along with bitcoin in your portfolio, you can see that the altcoins may be performing better at some time in the future and you may decide to convert some of your bitcoins to those altcoins which will not be nice. You are right about how you want to invest in cryptocurrency but instead of me to hold altcoins in my portfolio i rather convert all of them to bitcoins and hold. If you are not a trader then i don't see any reason holding altcoins or stable coins.

You've been in the market for almost 4 years now and so, all you have to do is to continue what has been profitable to you. If you're already fine with that then keep on holding and what's better is to add more Bitcoin if you have all of those. What are you up to? are you going to holder for more and longer? no need to ask for any suggestions unless you're planning to add up some altcoins for yourself. But if not, you're doing fine or if I were you, I'd sold the XRP and will convert it into stables and will wait for the correction if there is any for Bitcoin.

You have been in this space for a long time now; you are not a newbie in this space again, so everything that another person will tell you about the market now, I believe you already know it; nothing will be new to you, and as it is now, you already know where you will invest in and will give you profit, so to me, I don’t think there is any advice that you will need currently since you already know what will favour you in this investment thing.

So I will say you should continue what you have been doing that favours you to stay in this space for this long and don’t change because you don’t know how it will look if you change the method in which you have been favouring.

There is nothing wrong with your portfolio having a certain amount of bitcoin, but when you are serious about altcoins then it has been profitable so far? Remember that altcoins are easy to fall when bitcoin has a correction so don't keep altcoins for too long, it's better to return them to bitcoin to make them fat.

So I don't have the right to change your portfolio, if advice then more in bitcoin I think it would be better.

Well your portfolio is good but if I where you, %90 of my investment would have been in Bitcoin then I can gamble the rest in altcoin. Xrp is already a dead coin to start with. I can't encourage any one I know to invest in XRP.  it would have been easy if you invested that %25 in Ethereum and %15 in XRP even as I still doubt that XRP is dead. Bitcoin investment or nothing or you diversify into other physical asset.

It is your funds and your in charge of every decision you take, the community can only suggest to you what have worked and what is working, isn't bad you hold 60% of portfolio in Bitcoin, pretty good, it is good you do what is suitable to you, there are people that hold 100% of their portfolio in Bitcoin, these are people wenti all in Bitcoin whereas some allocate certain percentage of their 90%,80%, 70% and this is base on what that suits them.

I can say that your portfolio is nice. Xrp has been here for some times and it seems that this is her season. I would have suggested you accommodate Sol and take same part of Ether investment to acquire Solana.
Another option could be increasing your bitcoin to upto 70% of your portfolio of you can, bitcoin can go hard. The signs are so glaring

Looks good actually. However, if there are more market opportunities for bitcoin, then you can add more bitcoin in your portfolio. Even filling up all your portfolio with bitcoin will make it more impressive. But, the choice is still left for you to decide. The more bitcoin you have, the more massive your future profits will be. Although I’ve no against with altcoins, but focus more bitcoin.

I’ve been dabbling in the crypto world since about 2021 but have recently got serious about Alt and Stable coins. Recently my portfolio is about 60% Bitcoin 25% XRP and 15% ETH. What do yall have as suggestions or opinions on my portfolio?
Your portfolio sounds good as you give high priority to Bitcoin, you have made some good choice in selecting y coins because some altcoins are not good enough and didn’t worth investing in because of the risks behind them, but these projects are very good and have some reputations even though the reputation can’t stop any of these coins to collapse because we have seen such cases when Luna went down and FTX some years ago.

If possible, buy more Bitcoin using the DCA method and keep your altcoin percentage ratio like this or even reduce them to increase your Bitcoin accumulation strategy because when you check the market and compare the price movement of all coins in the past two years, Bitcoin leads them all and any other coin depend on Bitcoin price to move; that is why Bitcoin is the main crypto that worth investing on because of its less risk.

As a shitcoiner and a bitcoiner everything looks good until i saw XRP, I've sold the bunch I held from last year after the early transactions records were deleted ( allegedly) and lastly XRP founder is a traitor and anti- Bitcoin.

If I were you I would swap XRP for $DOGE or put the whole 25% back to Bitcoin.

What’s crazy is I sold 500 doge for my XRP. I just seen so many good articles about this coin with the fast transactions and the similar bull run compared to 2017 so I got ahead of myself and a lil excited I think. I feel like I’m fully invested in Bitcoin I just get caught in the news on these alt coins gets me excited lol
