Hello dear community!
I want to share my experience with BC.game and hear yours too.

Im playing in this casino for couple months.
Im verified user with 2FA auth.
Successfully deposited and withdrawed funds.
I had zero problems with bc.game untill this time.

SO WHAT HAPPEND?
I found out in transaction history that two unauthorized tips were sent total of 57 USD (I NEVER MADE TIPS WOTH MY OWN).

After that I found out that there was tons of Limbo Transactions too and Ive never played Limbo... (This Limbo bets were almost 0USD, but how and why?)

Ive texted support 6 days ago for that issue for first time and it was like talking to Low Level AI...

They just sent me google form link, where I could fill my issue.
I filled the form and submitted it with all the screenshots and info I had.

6 days gone. No any response or action...

This is a very strange one, and you are sure that no third party had access to your account? Because that is the most plausible thing to believe in this situation of unauthorized transactions. Just like you said in one of those screenshots you posted, you have wagered over $10k in this casino without any problems, so i suggest you be patient and give them more time to get back to you with their findings, 6 days is not so long and customer complaints usually take time to be resolved.

I found out in transaction history that two unauthorized tips were sent total of 57 USD (I NEVER MADE TIPS WOTH MY OWN).
After that I found out that there was tons of Limbo Transactions too and Ive never played Limbo... (This Limbo bets were almost 0USD, but how and why?)
Strange issue, but I have seen similar type of complaints related to different casinos. In most of those cases, users had 2FA enabled on their account. The support 'GEH' had said that your account will be locked temporarily for the investigation. Is your account still locked there? Was there any unusual IP activity on your 'sessions' (can be seen in security page)? The first tip was made on 28th January, and the second was on 3rd February. It took too long for you to notice the unusual activity of your account.

It will be helpful if you post your user id here, 'holydarkness' will forward it to the BCgame team to make the investigation process faster.

Ill explain you in details:

On 28th January I won some money. My balance was like 260 USD. Then I withdrawed 230 USD and I left 30 USD on BC balance to play in future. After some hours I came back to platform and saw that my balance was 0. I was confused. I saw deposit/withdraw and bet transactions that day but nothing was threr3, so I thaught that I remembered incorrectly and I withdrawed all money I had.

On 3rd February, when second TIP happend. I was playing Slot and suddenly I saw with my own eyes how unexpectedly my balance changed with approx - 27 USD. Only after that I messaged support and he told me that I sent that money as a TIP. After that I realised that maybe there was same case on 28th January and I checked Tip transactions and I found that.

If you are familiar with BC.game platform, they have strange transactions page for tips. Because TIPS are in BONUS category. Thats why I didnt realised that issue earlier.

Like i have already said here, i have not seen this kind of complaint before, so it is very strange to be, though that might be just me. This is strange, but I think I have heard about similar issues before. If 2FA is activated and there is nothing strange in sessions as well, then the only thing I can think of is session hijacking which can happen through malicious browser extensions. I guess I have seen some anonymous gambling youtuber often share scripts to play games, sometimes they release a bot for their viewers and they use it.

I am curious if OP used any kind of those things. @Op, have you ever used any dice script or any other script as a strategy? Did you use any kind of Dicebot or a similar kind of bot? Do you have extensions installed in your browser that may hijack your session?

Hello. No Im not using any scripts or strategies. Im just playing Slots and Lightning Roulette on this platform.
Im software developer myself and Im so curious about my case too. Im waiting BC side to tell me whats happend.

Other casinos has this page that allow you to see the latest IP session [if I remember correctly], let me try to page my contact about this for the time being, see if they have a "secret" page that allows you to access this info. I am sure they record IP addresses, though, as they [like other casinos] need that as one of their multi-acc algorithm. So the worst case is perhaps to have them to manually provide that to you.

What is bad for user experience is that in security sessions page, user can see only currently active sessions.

I think it would be nice if they added historical sessions feature too.
I dont understand why they dont have it, because so many casinos provide that feature.

Other casinos has this page that allow you to see the latest IP session [if I remember correctly], let me try to page my contact about this for the time being, see if they have a "secret" page that allows you to access this info. I am sure they record IP addresses, though, as they [like other casinos] need that as one of their multi-acc algorithm. So the worst case is perhaps to have them to manually provide that to you.

If you do not hear back quickly, it is safe to assume that he did not get any answer from them. Usually these cases takes more than 15 days. But let's hope they will provide a faster solutions.

Thanks for your reply. Yes they have terrible support. First when I tried to describe my issue support was ironical 😂
Sometimes i felt i was talking to low-level AI. But I saw another people cases in this forum and BC games other teams seemed good. Someone had a withdrawal issue on xxx k USD and it resolved with help of holydarkness.

I hope they investigate my case as soon as they can.

It is true that cases actually do get resolved, the only thing is that more often than not, it takes sometime and it can be understandably frustrating for the customer who's waiting for the resolution.
