I have been playing at nitrobetting for months and enjoy the platform. i bet big on nfl and managed to win a good amount 1 month ago after losing big on first deposits. but recently there has been huge delays in the payments team and process that i feel the need to warn everyone here potentially signing up to play.

first of all you are limited to 50 mbtc withdraws 3 or 4 times a month. you cannot withdraw more than this in a single month its a limit set by them. this was a bit annoying but not a huge issue as they were always paying out within a single day. but my last withdraw that got processed took a whole 7 days to be completed which is not acceptable.

and now my most recent withdraw that i submitted 11 days ago is still 'processing' by the payments team. the person i spoke to on live support said the reason being is because of the "recent changes in bitcoin price" however after looking at the price graph it has been pretty stable over the last 3 months. between $90,000 and $105,000.

so this seems like a big excuse. i would warn people from playing here in the future until they start paying out more frequently in case they do not have funds and that is the reason for delays. their platform is great but this is not okay.

hopefully they will improve this soon. until then do not play here

I don't think a $15k increase/decrease is considered stable, especially for a business, that's a huge gain and/or loss for a business.

I might consider them temporarily for their fast response for not having processed your withdrawal request but I will begin to doubt and be wary to use them in the future if there will be no improvement on their end. So yes, thanks for your heads up.

Anyone can come online to claim that so and so gambling site withheld their millions of dollars, it's easy to claim that is why we don't take such claims seriously here, the best way to do that is to include all the necessary evidence that is needed to support your claims and at that point, you get the support of the whole community and other's will make research to unravel other abnormalities with the casino, so ops do well to share some evidence who knows you may get the answers you desire here. But in all, you did well to share your experience here and warn others to be careful online while making large withdrawals.

My guess is, they would even pay me out if I won 1-2k. From what I've heard on SBR - there's a similar story - maybe even by the same person (vondiesel) - once you win enough (maybe mid-five digits), you are 99% likely to have major issues being paid. Most likely, the book just doesn't have the money and is way over its head, relying on a rich owner to pay its operating losses, and the owner is getting reluctant to keep it going (this last part is pure conjecture on my part, but sounds feasible!)

This isn't a behaviour of a solvent, reliable operator. Not coupled with (supposedly) getting players to deposit via 250-1000% bonuses and Rolex giveaways - get one token for each $100 deposited. The Rolex draw process is a mystery, they probably will give it away to one of insiders.

From my point of view that's a bad excuse from the casino to avoid paying users because isn't the users fault if the market is volatile. Was the casino who decide to operate with cryptos and they should be ready to pay these amounts.

Other than the vondiesel's case, I found another one on their ann thread here where a member complained about a withdrawal delay (6 days) and customer support gave him the same excuse (bitcoin price).
Honestly, I don’t see how the increase in bitcoin’s price can affect withdrawals or how this could be the customer’s problem!
However, since they have limits on how much you can withdraw and how many times per month, I guess they have solvency issues. If I were you, I would give them a few more days before escalating this any further and accusing them of scamming,

WTF! This is extremely concerning, if you ask me it looks like they are at the brink of going bankrupt because what does the price of Bitcoin have something to do when a gambler wants to withdraw their funds, their excuse shows that they most likely do not have the necessary funds to properly support withdrawals on their casino. people who are gambling on their gambling should be warned, I wouldn't be surprised if they just suddenly stop operation.

This really seems like a BS excuse. I never had any problems with casinos when I tried to withdraw BTC back in the day(I don't gamble with BTC anymore). The Bitcoin price has been always volatile. The casino trying to make excuses with BTC price volatility is just ridiculous.
Why don't you gamble with stablecoins? Does this casino accept stablecoins? Try withdrawing stablecoins and see what BS excuse are they going to come up with.

Nitrobetting was never really a great betting site to begin with based on my observations. They were horrible at one point after which they made some big changes which weren't enough to clear up their image.

There are far, far better options out there op like Sportsbet, Betfury, Cloudbet etc where withdrawals are processed way quicker in comparison.

It's really a strange reason to use Bitcoin price as the excuse, the price only range around $90K-$105K, it just 15% change.

I've checked the ANN thread and their social medias, they have withdrawal delay, but technically they're not scam though, so it doesn't deserve to get red tag. You should update your case from time to time, if they failed to pay you, they will deserve to get red tag.

There are far, far better options out there op like Sportsbet, Betfury, Cloudbet etc where withdrawals are processed way quicker in comparison.

Cloudbet also same, they have a tight KYC procedure and they can investigate the gamblers' accounts for more than weeks.

First of all, this casino does not have a very good reputation here. I don't think anyone who has been active on the forum would try this casino. If we talk about their withdrawal rules, it is set by the platform so they can afford to pay players. They reduced the withdrawal limit because they have very limited bankroll size and if they pay the whole amount that players win, they will be bankrupt.

They are running the platform with the very low bankroll, and it is not rocket science. You should leave this platform asap. Crypto casino taking a seven days to release a withdrawal, it's a nightmare for a gambler.

They are probably waiting for the "best" time (for them) in order to cash in on the price difference. In other words, waiting for BTC to go above $105k again so they can pay you less, while keeping the difference for themselves.
This should be a major red flag, and if you manage to cash out, i'd avoid any further use of that site

From what you have said, it looks like they are having a problem with their funds as there is every reason to say based on your report here that the casino is kind of facing some financial challenges that they do not want to disclose to anyone for the fear of losing members to another casino. I thought what they were doing to you was just a delay tactic while they watched to see how the market improved. Maybe that is just what they are up to; wanting the price value to increase while you get a lesser volume from the payout equivalent to your withdrawals while they keep the rest otherwise I have been wondering this why would casinos be freely open to receive any amount of money without any restriction but are hell-bent on frustrating withdrawals by members on their platforms for reason best known to them.

If it kept rising on trend it'd be big news but right about now its due to go in circles yet again.   Isnt that predictable enough to plan around.
  The price on Nov 13th was 93k and we're closing on Feb 13th & near 96k so really thats pretty flat, the 50 day average is flat with a slight decline because sure enough movement averaged out to zero.

Do you already received your initial deposit? Consider yourself still lucky since casino like this with withdrawal limits usually have a low bankroll which means they can file bankruptcy whenever they want and void your pending withdrawal.

It really sucks to undergo what you are currently experiencing since after a big win your greatest enemy now is your withdrawal which you will never experience when you just play on reputable sportsbook like Stake.com.

First of all, withholding any legitimate winnings for 11 days is a clear sign of a casino's bankroll. Secondly, as pointed out by above two learned members, the reason for delaying cashout (because of bitcoin price hike) is also not good and raise major questions about casino's policies. And WTF is 0.05 BTC limit for cashout, that too only once a week! do they have limit for deposits as well?
