The balance was from giveaway in 2012. The amount is 0.01 btc.

The account has no name yet and no kyc.

I'm selling it because I have no way of verifying it.  I have no German banks / European  and  European ID.

To withdraw the balance you have to deposit to $10 - $20 and verify the account.

I'm selling it for $300 of the amount.

I will send first to trusted member.

There are several red flags I see here: The funds could be nonexistant. OP has given no proofs. The BTC could be inaccessible. The account could be suspended, flagged as stolen or banned. Even if you buy the account, you will not be able to pass KYC as the person who created the account. Especially because you do not have access to the E-Mail address used to create the account. Unless OP provides proof that says otherwise, I do not believe he is doing legitimate business.

I would not discuss the offer by itself or the trust of the seller but a service like this is a scam.
No legit service that would give an amount ready to withdraw would ever request a "bitcoin deposit" as "verification". What you need to verify?
Next is a deposit for the fees? Or maybe some missing signature?
No way. Just scam. Avoid to waste your time OP and in some sense also our time since we care that other people will not get scammed with bitcoin.
