1.3K GONE!! Trouble With Withdrawals on BC.Game After Returning to the U.S.

I wanted to share my situation in case anyone has experienced something similar. I was gambling on BC.Game while I was overseas with no issues, until the suddenly restricted me from withdrawing my money. But now that I'm back in the U.S. and trying to withdraw my funds using my U.S.-issued driver's license, since this is the only place I have documentation as I was visiting family, and bc game has requested kyc but wont accept a drivers license thats government issued. I am at a loss of words of what to do as I gambled and won 1.3k usd overseas and have not been able to receive my money for over 3 weeks.
They’re saying my documentation isn’t valid, even though it’s government-issued and up to date. I’m starting to wonder if this is a common problem or if there’s something shady going on. I’ve tried contacting their support, but I haven’t gotten any clear answers. Please help me I have even tried everything and the only documentation I have is my drivers license, I am not sure what to do. I currently am in Ohio, in the United States, but as I stated before I was overseas when I made my profit. They requested kyc but I cannot do kyc for a country that I do not have documentation for as I was meeting family. Now that I am back in the US they don't accept my documentation somebody please help get my funds. If bc game has a problem with my accessing the site in the United States, that is fine and I can provide my crypto withdrawal address to receive my funds as they are mine and are not going to be stolen from me by a sketchy site that randomly selected my upon my biggest win on the site. WTF bc.game, you say you take ID and its a lie!


I would also like to add that I have no gambled on the website while in the United States only overseas, but I reside here and this is the documentation I have to complete the kyc. This is the bc.game website not bc.game United States website, which I would gamble on if gambling in the United States. I would use that website if I could get the funds I actually gambled and got while overseas. I will not and have not used the bc.game website while in the United States just trying to use my United States documentation! Someone please help me get my funds and bcgame should be ashamed by the way they conduct kyc verification it is random when you win your biggest win and they take little to no information! WTF

Word, there are so many excuses in this case, doesn't make too much sense.
If you lost your passport, get a new one. It doesn't take long!
By the way, these days any normal thinking person has pictures of their documents, just in case. Saying "I lost my passport" even though obviously just using it to return to the US sounds very strange.

Also, why someone would even register at BC, while being a resident of a restricted region (doesn't matter if you travelled or not) is also hard to understand. It can only bring problems in the long run.

I do not live in the other country I have family that does. I did not lose my ID I have a drivers license instead of an ID because that is how it works in the states. You're telling me you do not accept a drivers license but you accept an ID which makes no sense what so ever. I lost my passport and I do not want to spend the money on another when it takes 6 weeks, costs $200 and you all are just going to deny my kyc once again due to some bullshit. SO once again, these are the documents I have in the United States and I do not have documents from another country, I was visiting and gambling in the country while there. I have a drivers license and there is no reason that should not be used for verification. I won my money fair and square and I just need to complete my kyc to get my funds. Even if I got a passport you all wouldnt do shit because its a scam website clearly, who the fuck doesnt take drivers licenses??? This is my money and you cannot steal it from me!!!


so if I went and spent the $200 or so to get a passport would I pass the kyc? Because this sounds like bullshit why even offer the United States kyc option if you don't take US documents its very scammy!!!

We've talked about the "resident" issue a few times here and the meaning of the word isn't always clear. Ignoring the term resident, are you a citizen of the US?

If I get a passport cant I pass my kyc verification with it? Yall are fucking ridiculous taking peoples money like this when I won it in a country you are allowed to play in. I can go back to that country anytime!!! You win money and oops all of a sudden you cant withdrawal because you actually won money, FUCKING SCAM period, and your trying to not let me withdrawal when I did this in a legal country! and not answering my passport question what the fuck! What do you expect me to do. These are my funds and they do not belong to BC game and I will provide my receipt address to get my funds. You talk to normal members here like they are your personal BC chat support. We are not!

The problem is, USA is a restricted region. Even though you played from some where, when it comes to KYC you are American, your address is American, this makes you an American resident. If you lived abroad and have a registered address abroad, that would work. But playing while on vacation and then trying to KYC, your ID and proof of residency tell a different story and they will likely ban your account.
I know it sounds harsh but when you registered you knew well that American players are not allowed.
Sure it's annoying with all the KYC and stuff but very likely, even when you provide a different ID other than your drivers license, they will ban your account because of the mentioned problem.

PS: Please respect forum rules as well. It's not allowed to post back to back within 24 hours without somebody else's reply in between. If you want to add something just edit your post. And show some respect, nobody here owes you any explanation what a casino does or doesn't.

No ID cards for people over 18, unless you forfeit your drivers license. I will have to buy a passport again as I stated before I lost mine and cannot find it, and I do not take pictures of documentation as I am in cyber security and dont do stuff like that. These are my funds and were obtained legally you all have to give me a chance to provide documentation and work with me to get my funds. You cannot simply take my money because I have a residence in the United States and I am commonly in other countries where it is legal! Does bc game accept kyc from people in the United States, because there is obviously an option on the website as I seen overseas when attempting kyc? I am aware that not everyone is bc game support and I am looking for someone who is and can help.

Later on, you went back to US soil and access from bcgame.us to continue playing and did KYC and this is when the issue happened?

I was abroad using the bc.game website and now that I am back in the United States and only have United States documentation I cannot complete my kyc. They denied my first drivers license and I went to get a new id that is used for federal identification to try that and that didnt work either. I also wondering if bc.game accepts kyc from United States users as there is the option. I also don't understand why the ID card is the only option besides a passport, because only those under 18 can have ID cards without forfeiting their drivers license, you would think a drivers license would suffice. I have my license but I lost my passport I was traveling with, although I could possibly get another but I would rather not due to being unsure if my money will be returned even after that, the around $200 to get it, and the 4-6 week wait. Also curious if I could just make a bcgame.us account and just have the money transferred to that account if I provide the necessary documents. I know this is a shitty situation but I am trying to fix this and move on, I just want my winnings at the end of the day, and to be sure I can even complete the kyc to get them.

BC.game is pretty clear in its terms that they don't want to offer services to persons that are residents of the united states.

Since you no longer hold identification of the country where your account originated, they can deny you service.

In my view though, they should accept any form of valid ID that is in agreement with your information to at least let you withdraw your original balance. So the real question here is, is ID the issue or are you complaining about how much they're letting you withdraw?

Because if the 1.3K is winnings and not an initial deposit, it would be reasonable for them to claim that since these winnings were gotten while you had registered for an account in violation of the TOS, they're not obliged to deliver this balance.

You should show here some logs of your communication to make these clear.

Unfortunately I agree with Ahoy here. The way the rules are written above, you are a resident of the US. It doesn't matter where the play comes from in this case. It is different with other books. Some books allow play if you are outside the US.

Yeah, as can be seen, the situation here, BC global and BC US is kinda a "separate" entity. BC.game [the one that works globally] does not allow US resident to play as they don't have license to operate in the US [or something like that, I guess]. Recently, they created bcgame.US that is kind of a separate site than BC, not for global residents, but accessible and dedicated for US residents.

Given you're a US resident and playing [abroad] from BC.game... well... I am currently trying and see if BC could and would transfer your stats [your balance included] into a bcgame.US account. But, reading your answer above, do you mind to help me understand one thing that I can't help but wondered? The one I marked in bold? How long has it been since you returned to US soil?

I got the impression that you returned only recently, and I somewhat sure some part in the custom and immigration process will require you to show your passport? The one that's missing?

I really appreciate the help and I understand that this is a shitty situation. If you can transfer my stuff to a bc.game US account that would mean the world truly. I have been back in the United States for about 2 weeks now and I didn't go through an immigration process, I was already a United States citizen before hand. I did go through the customs inspections and such when I had my passport; it has been recent but upon returning home I just haven't been able to locate my passport.
