Why invest in bitcoin??

Bitcoin in whole as a Cryptocurrency in the market also increases and decreases depending on the price. But this is my own way of contributing to "Why invest in bitcoin?". Its best if you invest in bitcoin because it doesn't just save your money but can also help boost it in the future when the prices increases. And can also decrease in price also but its still safe when you invest in bitcoin. Thank you.

Let's take this as a revision of what we knew and advise to newbies who are yet to begin their journey.

It is important that will stick to invest our money into something that will give good return instead of leaving it clueless in Banks, just of recent in my country that the system now claim to give out 10% annual interest to every customer who buys shares from them but starting up should be something with huge capital unlike Bitcoin investment that can be done gradually by investing very little until portfolio is grown massively.

The major reason is to make profits, everyone loves decentralization of funds avoiding the banking system especially dealing with huge amounts but basically return of investment is literally the reason why we should invest.

those 3 reasons are very common, and i think that almost everyone who invests in bitcoin already understands them. but let me add again that why should you invest in bitcoin; it is because bitcoin is decentralized, its supply is limited to 21 million coins, ease of access and full management is directly in your hands, these are the reasons why someone should invest in bitcoin. you just can't find that in other investments.

Yes you made a very good point there, i think the major reason why most people always choose bitcoin investment over other investment is because bitcoin is decentralized it means bitcoin is not control by anyone. Of course investing in bitcoin is way more better than saving our money in the bank, because you can't get profited when you keep saving your money in the bank, is just like those  people who have been saving thier money in the bank for decade.

Just imagine investing that money in bitcoin and also being patient enough to hold on to it for decade? Is obvious that the outcome is going to be massive, and It can never be compared to when we save it in the bank.

Especially as the popularity of Bitcoin increases around the world, people are becoming more interested in investing in it. At some point, people will completely replace paper money with Bitcoin. Income gain through investing in the crypto market or Bitcoin specifically is no longer not taxable. Several governments have recognized Bitcoin already and I think they are on their own in making proposed bills into law that there is a need for Bitcoin gains to be taxed. One country that has started it is with India. AFAIK, they're taxing crypto gains for 30% tax.

I don't believe so, there are more that we spend on that are bigger than our taxes, after paying income taxes on the profits that you make, you only get taxes more when you buy so what are we buying. We're spending lots of money buying things that we don't need and aren't helpful to our growth. Why do you neither second car or house when you already got one working well for you. Instead of people buying wealth through buying of assets (that aren't going to be tax instantly), they spend them on things that won't make them money and still they get taxed when purchasing.

So invest instead of saving, diversify your assets correctly and watch your life and wealth chance faster than you ever imagined...

Invest and not spend uncontrollably and you won't be bothered about the taxes, get rich and you'll learn from the rich on how to avoid those taxes that you're that afraid of. I don't mind paying taxes if it'll be used for the good of the society and I'm making decent cash. It'll be more like a way of me giving back to the society so it's cool until it isn't because of mismanagement.

The 3rd option isn't entirely bad as it's encouraged to support government tax in order to help them manage governance. But the 1st and 2nd options are a total nightmare in the contemporary systems. BTC as a currency and as a store of value beats all of the points mentioned, IMHO BTC is indeed always the go for when it comes to say investment.

There are some things that also affect bitcoin investment which is the valuation of the local currency. Example. I am a good investor of bitcoin and in last year dollar rate in the local currency exchange was $1 to N1,700 and I invested at that time and now the current price of the US dollar to my local currency exchange is $1 to N1,550 and it is still coming down every day which means I am at the losing side. And if dollar continue to reduce in price for my long term investment then I will still loss. So when investing. Don't only think of the bitcoin price to invest but also think of the local currency exchange rate with dollar.

To a certain point I don't think that will be possible perhaps I don't also think it is part of Satoshi's plan for Bitcoin to be a any fight with any local currency, they are both meant to work hand in hand, Bitcoin has come for us to maximize financial freedom, privacy ,security and given total control of our finance from our governmental authority such as banks, Fiat can not be completely replaced by Bitcoin, have you  consider those in the rural area that lacks this awareness and the existence of Bitcoin so you see, and there are also those who are not literate enough to know the value and use of Bitcoin as part of a digital lifestyle.

Your points are valid and I agree with you on them but the line that got me is the one I'm quoting, investing is good but sometimes let's add a dose of reality, let's not forget that there are bad investments that have caused havoc in people's finances, even in Bitcoin investment there are loses too as it is known for its volatility . Sometimes saving and not spending responsibly could also work in the quest for wealth (not always though) I invest in Bitcoin for future and for my children but I never forget that every investment is a 50/50 chances.

I also do the same thing for heritage, I keep compounding Bitcoin for my family's future, be it for me, my family, my children, even my grandchildren in the future. And without a doubt they will thank me very much for that, because we know that the future of Bitcoin is clearly very good, especially since those who adopt Bitcoin are not only retail and institutional investors anymore, but also several countries that support it, especially with the support of the United States which will make Bitcoin a National Reserve, then it will clearly make other countries follow suit, and there is no need to doubt it anymore.

Of course he made a very good point, because anybody that knows the value of Bitcoin wouldn't hesitate to invest for future purposes. No single entity have control over Bitcoin, once you invest in Bitcoin nobody decide for you what to do because you have control over it. But when you decide to save your money in bank is just 50/50 with government, because they might decide one day that the money is not yours and there's nothing you can about it, but when you invest in Bitcoin nobody knows whether you invest or not.

Some of your points are correct, but I disagree with point (3). It is possible for your coins to be stolen, even though transactions are recorded on the Blockchain. If your storage device is compromised or you don't store your keys securely, you risk losing your coins. The Blockchain makes transactions transparent, allowing the public to see. it's crucial to prioritize the safety of your coins.
