Shuffle.io changed my kyc1 information and refuses to release me my information

So several months ago my phone was stolen, I lost 2fa so I contacted support and they say my information doesn’t match my kyc1 information. Which makes no sense I know for a fact I set it to my name… so I sent support a great load of proof proving I’m the owner of the account from the email I signed up with but support just tells me they can’t verify the information. I ask them why and no response, I’ve sent numerous emails to them asking them to to see the data they have on me but they’ve said nothing now. I have a high-roller affiliate and haven’t even touched my AD2 yet as this has gone on 8 months now with no resolve.
The whole thing just reeks of skem.
I don’t know what else to do besides get a lawyer in caracao or something.
But don’t trust shuffle they’ll steal your account whenever they see the opportunity.

Making a scam accusation without any proof such as screenshots of your conversation with the support or the unreplied messages makes no sense. No one will take you here seriously.

As far as releasing your data goes, have you taken time to read their privacy policy: https://shuffle.com/info/privacy?

Also, what is Shuffle.io? That service doesn't exit.

It is Shuffle.com and not Shuffle.io. Just as another user has said, since this has been going on for about 8 months like you said, you must have screeshots of conversations you have had with support within this time, do well to post it here. Anyone can come up and say exactly what you just said, until you back it up with proof, nobody will be interested in your case.

Well, I don't know anything about shuffle but I believe this shouldn't be something that would to getting a lawyer as I know that it's something that could be easily fixed after all information has been verified thoroughly. Though it's not easy as you think to just open the account and allow you to access the account without pure verification to prove ownership of the account. Please you can as well relate this with their Ann thread so that someone who is that close would have to pick up the case to resolve it for you.

I think OP might just be a troll, if you look into OP's post history, you'll see that he already complained about this issue last year, and since then OP is yet to provide any sort of proof about what they are accusing this casino of. If OP truly had a problem like he is saying, then he would have provided enough evidence to get it sorted a long time ago. That said, OP can prove me wrong and put me in my place by posting proof, lol.

That is why it's very important to use the proper scam reporting format with screenshots and that proves whatever he is saying to be true or false. When a case has a prove there's every possibilities for people to join with op to source for solutions but this nothing to show as prove.
