I've bought bonuses in the past because it's fun and you have potential to make a lot of money really fast.  Does it usually work out?  No.  It's always fun though.  Sure, I'd prefer to win bonus spins with a cheap spin as opposed to paying for it.  Who wouldn't?  We don't always have time to sit and do $0.25 spins for an hour to hit a bonus though.  If you consider your time a factor, buying bonuses is definitely the way to go if you're looking for a good time quickly.  My biggest wins % wise though have all come from winning bonus spins, not buying them.

It's like you really have the mentality of go all in or nothing when you go and take advantage of buy bonus. So it's like you don't want to have the fun and entertainment but just to win. So in my case, I have this mentality to deposit $100 and then take this buy bonus.

And like what others might have experience, sometimes it will double or almost triple your deposit so it's a win.

Lucky you, Hacksaw is one provider that is really volatile and you really need to be luck to get x10 of your bonus buy. Although that $200 for me is already huge for a budget specially in a slot game. Although I took some bonus buy myself but with the minimum bet and didn't give anything. I can't be sure, but maybe more often I don't buy it because I think when the time is lucky then we will be able to get free spins which might also make us get a big win, I think by spamming buying bonuses it only shortens and speeds up the depletion of the money we bet, although it might be the same when luck arrives and at that time a big win will happen, this might be more about each person's habits like what they do in gambling.

I started bonus buy I think a year or 2 years ago when I was given one freely and used it to win over $250. It happen another time and I was happy and think I should begin to buy it instead. Most of the time it's better to just buy the bonus as I have been noticing it takes 250+ spins to even spin into a bonus. If you only got half your money back on 250 20c spins and finally hit a bonus, you'd be down 25$ which is $5 more than buying the bonus costs anyways. Why not spend $20 on the buy and save yourself the $5?
