^  So the guys who are selling HYPE have stopped and we've seen that the buy backs aren't really causing the kind of pumps that we're seeing right now, so who's buying up most the HYPE?  If you guys say it's the retail guys like us, I doubt it.  A lot of the crypto bros are broke or are very close to getting broke.  Lol.

It's prolly Bobby Diamond's group?  They've bought some HYPE for their company's treasury but as far as I know, they're not done yet...  Dunno tho.  I haven't been up to date with all the info.

Anyway, you guys that's it for the run up on HYPE?  BTC is starting to go down now.  HYPE will prolly also start to slightly go down unless it's gonna do what ZEC did last year.

After the recent surge to $38, HYPE will obviously cool down a bit, but only in the short term. In fact, now is the time to invest in HYPE only for the long term, because since the weekly timeframe broke through the downward trend line, this coin has the potential to grow to $90.

Well, in my opinion, this is a long-term goal, which I expect to see achieved by the end of this year. It's clear that, in general, the market trend is set by Bitcoin, and in the short term, the bearish market trend will also affect HYPE. However, when compared to other alts, it can be seen that HYPE isn't falling so sharply.

I was hoping it would do something like what LINK did during 2019 when it went on a solo run while most every other coin were all having bad price action.  Lol.  Oh well...

Hey guys...  It looks like HYPE has broken out of the 28 - 35 price range.    I bought some in between those, so I'm pretty stoked it's going well considering how bad the market mostly looks and the shenanigans in the Middle East.

But yeah..  Will be buying more if it breaks it 38.50 USD as this could go super nova while the rest of the market flat.  Wish me luck.

Bitcoin is coming to Hyperliquid.    At testnet, there's a deposit option to use testnet BTC.  So for us who are mostly BTC first above everything else but wants to degen some coins away, then this could prove very useful and easy to use.  

Btw the 'deposit button' is really a bridge that works like you just deposited your coins to an exchange.  The bridging part is now getting blurred.

So yeah...  Just getting the word out there.

But confused about what all this is aimed at I was thinking if it service is like that of an exchange where we can exchange Bitcoin for whatever coin we wish but I see bold deposits and not nothing said about withdrawal whether we can withdraw our BTC back into whatever wallet we wish and having them exchanged or what are we going to be getting back after deposits BTC?
A lot is needed and hope the ops will come by to answer them all.

I think I saw this recently solved by Perpmate (hyperliquid frontend). I do not know why hyperliquid doesnt have it, since you can deposit BTC swap it for something else and withdraw BTC or ETH, SOL back using unit same way as hyperliquid uses for deposits.

^  Stay away from unknown sites claiming to be connected to Hyperliquid via HIP 3.  Like the Perpmate site you're using.  Lol.  Stick to the legit ones like trade.xyz, markets.xyz, Dreamcash, Ventuals and Felix.

But among that list, if your size is size then trade mostly at trade.xyz as that's where most of the volume and open interest is.

This could be a good news for us HYPE holder, opening access to HYPE to an even larger capital. The fact that large funds who are buying ETF really like a product that generate revenue and hyperliquid on its own has a really good high demand product and consistently generating revenue could means there would be a large capital deployment going into HYPE soon enough.

Not sure about 'HYPE szn' but yeah...  Things are looking good rn.  The price action could do a little better with all the good news behind it tho.  It will prolly take some time before we see it go super nova above 100 USD per HYPE.

But the L1 premium narrative behind Hyperliquid is kinda weak as shown with how weak the HyperEVM is.  So we prolly won't see it move like how ETH and SOL did in their hey day.

I actually agree with this, the L1 was hyped because people expect another wave of big airdrop like before. Since then the perception have changed, it seems people expect that there would be no airdrop at all.
I kinda wished hyperliquid built an app specific L2 instead that focused on high TPS and solving liquidity fragmentation instead of building a full blown L1.

^  An app specific L2?  I think what the devs have in mind with HIP 3 is something like an 'app specific L2' making it possible to build different exchanges side by side with Hyperliquid.  We're already seeing it with trade.xyz, Ventuals, Dream Cash, etc...

And here's the thing, HIP 4 is coming making it possible for devs to build what Hyperliquid calls 'outcome markets' aka prediction markets. 

Can't wait!  The word going around is it'll be out in a couple of weeks.

Hey guys, just dropping by and bumping this thread as another reminder that it'll be a good idea to hold some HYPE in your stack.  You never know, this could be one of those ones that'll give you a generational miracle where it goes from where the price is now to upper 4 figs.

Talk about Hyperliquid has been doing the rounds around different crypto pods.  I guess the people hosting them have been buying some HYPE for their bags.  Lolol.  Some of them are saying that it's gonna be a top 5 coin which will be over 100b USD in market cap.  That's around 10x from the current market cap.  But if you're talking about FDV, HYPE is around 39b USD market cap which is around 2.5x to 100b.  Still not bad imho.

I think the HL devs could airdrop the rest of the locked tokens at the end of the year if the price is above 50 USD or something.

^  If you want a chance to get airdrop eligibility then I think you should play around HIP-4.  It was launched just a couple of days ago.  They have one daily market up that gets resolved in 24 hours...  It's like an option market for now, nothing special.

But I guess in a couple of weeks we'll see different markets pop up like the ones in Polymarket.  Tradexyz, Ventuals, Kinetiq will be launching markets of their own soon.

There’s several HIP-4 frontends live already. I would say it’s highly likely Outcome will have an airdrop. At the very least HIP-4 should create some buying pressure for HYPE due to the 500k locked HYPE requirement to deploy a prediction market.

Everything that’s happening in the ecosystem seems bullish for HYPE. $100 by end of year isn’t as unrealistic as some may think.

^  Several?  Are they already live or have they only proposed to set HIP-4 markets?  What I know is tradexyz tweeted that they're making a front end that might please everybody.  Not really sure what the front end is for as some people were saying it's for a tokenized stocks product but I have a feeling it's for their HIP-4 markets.

I guess we'll just have to see.  I know I've been saying this a lot but I really think tradexyz airdrop is gonna cook.  Dunno tho as they might not airdrop.  Lol.
