This post serves as an updated 2025 warning for anyone researching the site FreeBitco.in. We’re unsure whether the platform is planning an exit scam or facing other issues, but this thread is intended for tracking issues until the site either addresses concerns or confirms suspicions.

I’ve had minor issues in the past, like instant withdrawals taking exactly 6 hours (the same as slow withdrawals), and the site went offline for a period not long ago.

Despite these hiccups, FreeBitco.in functioned properly for me until January 20, 2025. In late 2024, I even cashed out over 100K Reward Points (RP) without problems, so things seemed stable. For context: I’m a VIP member with significant FUN tokens locked in, was highly active in prior years, and have let the site rest from time to time in large periods of time.

Frankly, I don't care about the FUN tokens. My concern is the erosion of trust in a faucet that operated ok for so many years until 2024.

Currently, I have two withdrawals stuck in "pending payout" status, with the numbers in blue. I’ll use this thread to share updates on whether these issues resolve or worsen from my perspective.

If you’ve experienced similar problems, post your observations here so we can monitor the situation together.

Update:

My pending payouts were fixed after 30 hours. I got news from another account and it was working fine after 6 hours. It's inconsistent.

Observations:
Recently when I emailed support, I got a couple of Fin tickets.

Fun tokens can be withdrawn from within the site, but the deposit address doesn't work. If I use:

It doesn't recognize the address.

I understand. I became aware of these issues much later. I wasn’t paying close attention until August 2024, and even then, I only started investigating seriously in October 2024, long after the WOF went down. I’ve seen more erratic problems popping up, but they often seemed resolved within days. At the time, I assumed the team was struggling with the disastrous profit scheme tied to the FUN token. If it wasn't a scam, it was at least an ill-conceived gamble that blew up in their faces.

My stance stayed neutral long enough. Then, less so. With no clear proof of an exit scam, I kept testing whether the site could still function. Even now, if support replies, it would be nice, but also misleading as empty replies won’t save a sinking ship.

And sure, you’d think if they were going down, they’d at least notify the users, right? I mean, even the shadiest exchanges in the past put clearer signs or made half-hearted efforts. So here we are. I’m not trying to slap a scam label or make a panic thread, just to track what’s actually happening and, of course, that would serve as awareness to anyone. If whoever is in charge clearly stopped caring about their reputation or damage control.

Let’s see where this ends.

Same here, my last withdraw was in december without problems. I made one yesterday but It still pending.

My guess is that your issue got solved after a day or so. I updated this thread.


I will continue to monitor this site. At the moment, it is not possible to continue using fun tokens strategically.

Yes, it seems to be a reputable and reputable site,, but I must say that this site is making money by selling dreams, and another way they make money is by making money from the losses of their users, for example, by creating games that cause the user to fail more than to win. Regarding the domain, hosting and information about the owner of the site, I must tell you that this site is hiding important information such as the owner's details, office address, email and phone, which is a warning and a red flag that you should definitely pay attention to. Also, I did not find an email, phone, address and about us section anywhere on the site

Internal server error. This error has been occurring since February 27, 2025. Today is February 30, 2025. The homepage works, but when you try to log in, the address appears as "freebitco.in/signup". It should appear as "Login". Clearly, when you enter your credentials, the "internal server error" appears. We'll continue waiting for this problem to be resolved. It's happened before, but not for so many days. It's a shame because it's been a great site for over ten years.

Don't spread FUD with an account created just for this. This is not helpfull at all and doesn't provide any new details.
This error was also present some days ago and then they have resolved. I will not be surprised they will start again to works.
I don't think they need to scam (at least this is my opinion) since they have earned and are still earning big with bets and dice games (and not mentioning earning with their token ...)

Apparently, today, March 31, 2025, everything is back up and running. The page is still at "freebitco.in/signup," but you can now log in. There's one thing to keep in mind: I tried logging out, but it doesn't close; the session remains open forever. Be careful for those who don't use two-factor authentication. This could be a security issue. Ultimately, the page is working; just keep a few details in mind. Regards.

I could not open the site for 1 week, then it reappeared for 2 days, went away for another week, reappeared 2 days ago and now I can not open any WOF spins from mails or after buying them with RP, Internal Server Error again.

I would suggest withdrawing your funds as soon as possible. They have been running their platform like this for years. There are hundreds of complain against them on their thread and they did not bother to respond once. If they close their website tomorrow, you will have nothing to do. You will lose all the money that you have deposited there. They have been warned. Their official account got negative feedback from several forum members, but they did not even came to defend their business. That is how they have been operating their business.

I already mostly emptied my account months ago because I don't really need their services and I am only farming the spins and emails and other stuff they have.

I had a few problems now and then with accessibility, but this is the first time those Internal Error problems hit me this hard and prevented me using the website for more than half a day.

Their problems look really random and I am not sure if they are deliberate or not but they sure do not seem to hire technical expertise to remove them in a effective way. This just looks to me like they change a bit of code (if that) and the problem shifts to another part.

I am trying to make a password reminder but I do not get any message. I only receive ads and promotions in my email and nothing else. I wrote to support a week ago and no response. I want to withdraw funds and I can't even do it.
Does anyone have any ideas? Can someone help me?

never heard recently about these issues. are you sure the account is still in your possession and has not been stolen/changed email?
moreover, I know it can sound "silly" but have you verified already your spam inbox?
actually I have send to them a request for an issue. I didn't get an answer however this issue has been temporary solved...
Lets wait a bit to  see if they come back on line here or with support...

I got a non-standard email from them, without writing to them:

4 hours ago: "Dear FreeBitco.in User,

A simultaneous failure of multiple servers caused service disruptions, but our team worked swiftly to resolve the issue.

We're happy to inform you that the website is now fully operational. Additionally, we are actively monitoring the system to ensure stability and prevent future interruptions.

I checked the WOF spins again and they stopped giving a 500 message.

Hi,
I think I got banned because I found out that my sister was also using her account on the same network, and it looks like I got banned for having multiple accounts. She also can’t log into her account. It's strange, because some time ago I saw a similar message when logging in, but back then I just did a password reset and everything went back to normal.
Now I don’t even receive any emails when I try to reset the password. I don’t know if they send any message after blocking an account, but I haven’t received anything...
Is there any way to lift the ban if it turns out that I’ve actually been banned?

When an account is banned, do the funds disappear, and what happens to them? Does the administrator have access and can just withdraw and transfer everything? Or maybe that’s not possible and everything stays in the wallet?
If it’s the second option and no one but me can withdraw the funds, then maybe it would be worth trying to come to an agreement and somehow split the contents of the wallet?
I’ve got over 1 million FUN tokens there, which is more than $10,000, and I’ll be really pissed off if I can’t recover those funds.
Is there any chance I can get my money back?
