Hello, I registered at BC Game and with the welcome bonus I won 560 dollars after weeks of effort to unlock it, but at the time of withdrawing it they blocked my account, and when I want to log in I get an error that says "Error 4001: Account verification required". But my account is KYC verified. Everything was going perfectly, they let me make the deposits I wanted without problems, but the moment I hit the withdraw button, SURPRISE they kicked me out of the account and never let me log in again, I opened another post explaining my problem and the son of a bitch from bc game support dares to lie to my face telling me that they kicked me out of the account right when I hit the withdraw button because I used a disposable email and made multiple deposits to get several bonuses. First, I only made a deposit on the platform, second, my email was an original gmail and it was not a disposable email, they are lying scammers, every day I will open a post dedicated to them and I don't care if they tell me that this is unethical on my part, but I feel so scammed that dedicating a post every day explaining my case is the right thing to do, so that the same thing happens to no one. I will also make a negative review every day on trustpilot, and I will publish it daily on my famous Instagram account @humorcontagioso, in addition to publishing it in all possible telegram groups. Umm... I am not well versed in that language, but is that Spanish? Were you an ES resident? Might be wise to point out that Spain is one of the restricted territory, so that'll be another breach of ToS.

Well I mean, its an easy mistake for holydarkness to make, seeing as how the majority of your content is related to Spain. In most cases it is better for the person to use his real account to create the accusation thread and since it an established member in the forum cases might be resolved faster than the newbies accounts. Now do you know that with you username in this thread, you are an imposter which can lead to a red tag. Because it is only the B.C Game company has the right to create another account with the brand name. Sometimes people do things against themselves. This is just a simple advise in next time use your main account create the accusation thread, believed be if all the evidence are accurate you will definitely get justice faster.
Bitcointalk Tall s not supporting bad projects and companies and you can noticed that from the case of 1xbit, people were even telling others not to use the casino because of their fraudulent activities. BC game had cleared themselves and if you have issue with them it is good you PM the representative in the forum because I believed they are active in the forum and their supporting channels.

I clearly realized that the casino is an official sponsor of bitcointalk. I recommend All those who have problems with casinos that never publish anything through bitcointalk will never take your side even if you are right, and if the casino gives a false verdict without evidence, all bitcointalk users will take the side of the casino without demanding the same evidence that they asked of you in the beginning.

You should tell that to the many genuine users that registered complaints on the threads belonging to these casinos on the forum and somehow got there complaints resolved, you could tell them to stop using the forum for complaints and look elsewhere.

It would be of note that, the forum isn’t sponsored by no casino or bookie or run with gambled money. That’s a lot to say to a community you hope to be a part of. You have to feel all that consciousness and be among.

What makes you think that the forum administration is biased? As other forum members already said, scam is not moderated on this forum. When someone accuses a platform or someone of scamming, they have to provide evidence and the community will hear from the opposition as well before judging them. This is the reason people are asking for evidence from you.

If you look at the majority of the users with the most privileges, they are sponsoring the casinos, believe me, bitcointalk is an accomplice of the casinos, and they cannot be impartial since they sponsor the casino. Try to look for other means of help that do not sponsor the casino and if they have real impartial help, I have bothered to read many accusations against casinos in this forum and they always try to make it seem that the client is never right, flee from here bitcointalk and the casinos are just as scammers.

I am not a big fan of positive/negative posts where those making allegations want to portray those giving sympathetic answers as neutral but portraying those making non-supportive answers as collaborators that are corrupt because of the campaigns they participate in.

You made a topic calling a site a scam, but what did you offer as proof? Did you follow the scam accusation protocol? That's a no. Are you saying that a casino can accuse a customer with anything they want? and if their terms and conditions don’t force them to provide proof, they don’t have to?

I am accused with multiple false accusations by Duckdice.io representative. Yet no one dare to ask him to provide evidences of his accusation, because one legendary member is on his side and once one legendry member post something fevor of in any party all the members will follow him wihtou readin the thread.

In the same time our trustpilot rating started tanking due to false reports taking our rating from 4.2  to a 2.1, he claims its a coincidence, though we've dealt with this in the past, a false allegation comes on bitcointalk mixed with a spam in trustpilot reviews in the hopes of making Duckdice pay him something to stop this (it's the same person)

OP didn't take into account, that the blackmailer's email, and his email are unique, only separated by 1 letter, so if someone was trying to take advantage of his bitcointalk thread, there would be no way of guessing his unique email, I've actually asked him in the other thread if he gives me permission (due to GDPR constraints) to disclose his email, which he conviniently ignored, so regardless of any reason provided by you, or me, or anyone else for that matter, he will simply ignore it and spam the thread so he can push his narrative.

I was asked 4 times by Duckdice.io represintative to gave him permission to share those emails and conversations publicly so everyone can see it that how my email and the blackmailer email is same but different by 1 ltr. and when I gave him permission he didnt provide any proof. While holydarkness start responding on behalf of him and made a ton excuses that why he cant post the email. for real? why he was asking for my permission so rudely? I ignore his request at the begining because of privacy concerns but later he stick to that and I had to allow him for sharing those in the forum.

While Holydarkness was knew it that duckdice.io represintative is not honest. Even holydarkness asked me to allow him to post the emails that they recived blackmailing emails from for 0.01 btc.

OP is 100% right in this case that Bitcointalk is actually defending casinos.

There are more accusations from his side, He accused me and instead of him, I provided proofs that I am not blackmailing you.

What I am stating is nobody forced you to register at any casino/gaming website and you were not forced to accept their terms and conditions, you did it all yourself because you wanted to. If they refuse to allow withdrawals and deposits or if they block your account because they suspect a breach of rules then be prepared to take the issue to arbitration if/after your attempts to use this forum to help in the matter fails.

As explained, the discussion here "stopped" because you propose to escalate the case to a higher authority, to get them to validate the emails, where DuckDice can also provide it to be validated with as minimal risk as it can be in regards to data protection. This is not really hard to understand, I think, not sure why it took you so long to finally lodged a complaint to the ADR [if your post on the other thread holds its water] that you initially so adamant, yet getting around the bush for the past couple of weeks and ranting about repetitive things that's rather pointless..
