I sent usdt from my Binance account to my trust wallet account, but the money did not arrive and I cannot withdraw the money. Has anyone had problems with this issue before?

First import the seed phrase on another wallet to know if you will see the coins there. I have a friend that swapped bitcoin on Trustwallet recently and he did not see the coin he swapped to. He called me immediately, and he was panicking about it. I told him to import the seed phrase on Unstoppable wallet and he saw the coin there. If this does not work, let us know.

I would check the transaction status using a blockchain explorer depending on the network used. If the transaction is confirmed but not showing in trust wallet, i'd refresh the app and ensure the correct token is added. If i made a mistake with the network or address. I'd contact binance and trust wallet support for help.

If you withdrawn your cryptocurrency from your Binance account, and if they approved your withdrawal request, proceeded it for you, there will be an important information: Transaction hash.

You can use Transaction hash to check the transaction they proceeded it for you. If it has confirmations, it was done and you should receive your crypto.
If that transaction was not confirmed, you can wait for a while, and contact their support for escalation and rebroadcast it from Binance team. I doubt it is the case, because Binance as same as other centralized exchanges usually proceed withdrawal for users with very high fee rates.

They charge user expensive withdrawal fee and get profit from it too, so no reason they broadcast transactions with too low fee rate/ fee that are possible reasons of Pending transactions.

You need to make sure of two things:

1) You have withdrawn your coins from your Binance account, here you need to search for the transaction ID, open it using any block explorer to ensure that the coins have been sent to that public key (withdrawal address)

2) After confirming the first step you need to make sure that the token appears in trust wallet, in the correct blockchain and the same address, if everything is correct then the problem is in the synchronization, reconnect to the network (your funds are safe.)

I always send transactions from my Binance account to my Trust Wallet, and I've never experienced the problem you're describing. I suggest you check which network you're using, because if you're on the wrong one, your transaction might not reach your Trust Wallet.

There are possible things that can cause this problem, first is that the funds you sent may have not gone through based on the amount of gas fee you put, if there is an option for you yo bump the fee I suggest you take it, also another possibility is that you may have sent it to the wrong address, do you mind cross checking again to see and lastly your wallet may have been compromised.

Well said
And I understand that, op might not be generally new to everything in cryptocurrency but trust me, his post already made it seem he isn’t very familiar with the entire process and man you did a very good justice to your answer and earning merit on your response is a well deserve me one.
At op, just follow what @KovaBTC has already suggested to you which is one of the Simplest explanation ive read before his and report back to the forum is the issue wasn’t resolved to get better explanation.

Goodluck and incase you get a solution also do well to share with us here so others can learn from your incidence without having to panic if they get to find theirselves on similar situations.

Cheers

So the seed phrase is very important in these transaction situations if there are issues like this. Though, I have not tried this problem yet. But I also have assets in truswallet,
the value is not that big.

then I only use trustwallet for altcoins not for bitcoin assets, because electrum is still better for bitcoin or unstoppable wallet in my opinion.

If what you sent was USDT, you’re likely not supposed to have encountered issues using normal procedures.

I think the issue you might have is, the network you utilized in initiating your transaction. Don’t forget, we have USDT on a variety of networks, TRON, SOL, BINANCE, etc. if your trying to crossbridge, your likely going to encounter issues.

As per gas fee, I don’t really think that’s often an issue, gas fee on USDT transfer is relatively low, depending on the network your trading on. You @OP needs to be a little clearer for people to understand what might be your issue.

Not sure if OP added the  right network of  USDT to wallet  home screen maybe, probably he just went ahead searching and copying the address. OP  confirm the network of the USDT, goto manage crypto on Homescreen> locate the particular usdt using the network and toggle it on .This should work if you've not done any mistake to sending to a wrong network of USDT .
So the seed phrase is very important in these transaction situations if there are issues like this.
Depends on the transaction situation when you have your fund leaving  your account to a wrong address, wrong network and lot more then your seed phrase is pretty useless but incases where you're not sure whether a fund is on your wallet or received on your wallet due to some complications maybe then it could be useful.

check the blockchain if your transaction has already gone through you can blockchain explorers from that just find the transaction id from binance

also double check to which network your usdt is in because there are more than one and sending usdt from a different network to a different one may be the cause of your funds not showing up

Possible issues:
1. You're not really using Binance.com and you're using a phishing website.
2. You've withdrawn to the wrong address.
3. You have withdrawn to a network that you have not yet added to trust wallet (for example, you are expecting USDT on the Ethereum network, though you received it on Tron, Polygon, or another EVM network that you have not added.
4. You have not added the correct USDT on the correct network to your trust wallet.

If your issue is 1, you may have lost your coins from the beginning. If your issue is 2, it's possible that you can't recover the coins. However, it does not sound like it.

If your issue is 3 or 4, this is solvable, as you control the private key for your address in Trust wallet thus one of the below solutions will/should work:

I ever used this wallet.

They do support many coins and network, but they didn't automatically show it all.

Scroll down, click manage crypto, then click the enable button on the coins on network you sent from Binance.

+1, try this as it might resolve one of the listed issues.

This is a good last resort solution.

Also, FYI, you need the native crypto (for example ETH on the Ethereum network or Tron on the Tron network) to be able to send USDT tokens anywhere else (to pay for fees).

would be great if you can share the transaction receipt so people cant rack the USDT.

but I think it's either you typed the wrong address, or you used the wrong network, as long as it's not a fake phishing binance site, it maybe getting sent into some random L2 network or something.

if you're really using trust wallet, I don't think your money gonna be gone like that unless your wallet got drained. also, usually the tx instantly appear because trust wallet doesn't require confirmation, as far as I know, they pulled data from blockchain directly.

It still remain one which is to import the coin using its contract address manually but which I do not think would have been the solution. But I am wondering that the OP asked a question but did not post on this thread again. Maybe he has seen the money but at least he should have let us know about what later happened.

would be great if you can share the transaction receipt so people cant rack the USDT.
People call it transaction hash, transaction Id or txid.

I would check the transaction status using a blockchain explorer depending on the network used. If the transaction is confirmed but not showing in trust wallet, i'd refresh the app and ensure the correct token is added. If i made a mistake with the network or address. I'd contact binance and trust wallet support for help.

And as some said already - it may be a fishing replica all along, so, OP, please, be vigilant.

I ever used this wallet.

They do support many coins and network, but they didn't automatically show it all.

Scroll down, click manage crypto, then click the enable button on the coins on network you sent from Binance.
Yes, Trust wallet doesn't show all the coins by default unless you enable them. However, the balance adds up on the portfolio even if the coin doesn't display. If so, there need not be confusion.

Trust wallet has the ability to misbehave greatly when it is outdated. So, Op could simply update the trust wallet app. Incase OP mistakenly sent the usdt to another network which I suspect could be the case, what will be the solution.

This is a good last resort solution.
It still remain one which is to import the coin using its contract address manually but which I do not think would have been the solution. But I am wondering that the OP asked a question but did not post on this thread again. Maybe he has seen the money but at least he should have let us know about what later happened.

Usually when someone doesn't report back, it means that their issue was resolved. Especially if it was newbie account. Which I suppose is a good thing. If something went wrong, they'd continue replying - or if they got scammed, they'd leave a final complaint or message, or make a last attempt at trying to get help.

So OP, if you're seeing this, glad to hear the issue was resolved...though next time, do at least thank the people who tried to help you and update on the solution. No one likes a cliff hanger. See you again soon Smiley

Check the TXID on a blockchain explorer to see if the transaction is confirmed. Ensure you're using the right network (ERC20, BEP20, TRC20) in Trust Wallet. If everything looks correct but funds are missing, contact Binance support.
Even if the transaction is already confirmed he won't find it on a common blockchain explorer, if he has made his withdrawal request for another blockchain or level 2 network than the one he think he did unfortunately. He needs to use a multichain explorer for that. Blockscan is one of the most famous ones, and it is easy to use https://blockscan.com
If he made a mistake with the address and not with the withdrawal network actually, he won't find his funds through this way though but he can check the actual address he entered in his Binance account history gladly.
