tarnish which image? the one that is already tarnished or is there another one that is left untarnished? when you even see this kind of news, do you have any reason to think twice that this is not possible? from the politician, the security agency to the whole justice systems and the lawyers are capable of throwing out any case to the dustbin at the willingness of the individual to pay and bribe himself out.
