Yesterday while playing in the website my account suddenly logout. When i enter the login credentials, it says that incorrect password. Then suddenly, email pop up saying that the 2fa of my account in bcgame is disabled. I dont change the password of my account in bcgame.ph. I've try to reset my password but in return i get the message Error 5001: Account has security risk. Also i emailed the support regarding to my query in no avail they didn't respond to my email. I've also fill up the form they gave and send to them. Please someone help me. i need that account.

I understand the frustration. I don't know when you last emailed them, but sometimes the supports take some hours or a few days before they respond to your issue. Thank you for time to explain. I don’t know what to do right now. The fact that they disable the 2fa, I question myself. How do they get access to my email address. I don’t click in some ramdom kind things like email or spam in my email.

You should try the live support instead the email support if you are not getting response via email since live support often replies promptly the moment you message them.

You can still use live support on the bottom left corner even without any account login. Clearly, someone manage to hack your account by using some trick to access your device.

I do manage to contact the live support and brought your issue but they are asking for a screenshot on a error when you try to login your account.

I’m not sure why the support is not responsive to your email while they reply to me almost instantly and ask for the complete details and screenshot of an error. I think you should prepare that evidence since they ask that to you.

I'm not sure how it works at BC (cause I never deactivated 2fa) but at least on other sites you need to enter the current 2fa code to deactivate it. This also makes the most sense to be honest. Also, if you want to withdraw more than 100$ on BC these days you have to confirm it twice with 2 of these 3 options, 2fa code, email code and/or sms code. SO if somebody want to withdraw anything it makes it more hard for them.
Not sure though what you need for tipping, never used that. Obviously that's also an option to empty an account.  Cry

To disable 2FA on bc.game you must use two verification methods: one from login password or 2FA, and one from email or sms. It's a bit more secure than just asking for a 2FA code.

Since the hacker managed to disable it, he certainly have access to either your phone or email address. You must secure both of them asap.

The good thing is that bc.game will disable withdrawals for the next 24 hours after 2FA is disabled. Besides, the error message you got when you tried to login means that they have locked your account for security reasons which means that even the hacker won’t be able to access it.
Unfortunately, all you can do right now is to wait for CS to respond.

They usually take a little longer to respond to emails. Their live support should help you with this. But if you are not satisfied with their answer, there is nothing you can do except wait. Update: no email from the support. Its been 4 days.

I had a [very] brief time with my contact yesterday and it was to address a rather weird [but] urgent matter that perhaps related to a hacked account, so we were focused on that matter [in the brief minutes that we had] where I told them about it and plot the best course with them to secure the account.

Unfortunately, my usual contact was under the weather [been for a week or so, now, I think] and I have to go with my "spare". I am not saying they are not as capable as my usual contact, in fact, they are at the same capacity [though I think they work for different division]. It just they have an extremely different timezone than my sleep-wake-work cycle, so it's rather hard to arrange a time where we can interactively discuss matters.

I've brought your matter to them as I wrote my post two days ago, but it [as well as other matters] is yet to be addressed due to the above reason.

I've nudged them again few mins ago, see if we can have some time to tackle things, hopefully they can spare an hour or so to get some load out of our plate.

I'll appreciate your patience.

Thank you so much sir for your effort to contact the support of bcgame. Thank you. I’ve already emailed them now. I will wait for there response and i will be glad to do proof of ownership. I have proof like deposit time and date before the hack/incidents. Also, before the incident occur. I message my vip host to inquire about my cash back loss bonus if i’m eligible and he reply that i am, it requires 1 valid id. I send to my vip host one of my valid id to claim my cash back loss. That should be one proof that i own that account.
